    Ordered for pick up. Staff is aloof. I went in to collect my order after waiting in my car for the tracker to say it was ready. When I walk in they say it should be right out. Ok- glitch in the tracker no big deal. It took over 10 minutes and me asking them to specifically check if the order on their rack was mine after realizing nothing coming out of the over was anywhere close to my order… and sure enough my order was sitting there the whole time… obviously it was cold and soggy and disappointing. Can’t get a response or acknowledgment on feedback so I see no point in returning until ownership changes and staff training happens.

    For some reason I got an email saying "we missed the mark woth your delivery" which i thought everything was perfect and Estrella did an amazing job. Just wanted that to be absolutely clear.

    After waiting an hour and a half for an order (checking the app and seeing it was marked as delivered when it wasn’t) we called to find out our order had been sitting there for the entire time. Once they actually brought the pizza they left it on the doorstep and didn’t bother to hand it to us.

    Cold/uncooked pizza even though specifically ask for well done. Also, they don't know how to slice a pizza. Had to cook it when I got home and also slice it.

    I normally have wonderful experiences with this location, and Domino’s is the only pizza we order, which is why this situation was so disappointing. I placed an order at **11:30 AM**, and the delivery tracker stopped updating midway through the process. After waiting quite a while, I called the store and was told the driver was on the way. **More than 90 minutes later, the order still had not arrived.** When I called back, Jeff initially offered to cancel and void the order. Shortly after, he texted me the receipt, then later changed the explanation and claimed the driver had already delivered it, knocked several times, and left it at my apartment door. This was simply not accurate. I had my front door open the entire time so I could clearly hear when the driver arrived, and no one ever came to my apartment. The driver later called insisting she had already left it at my door, which again was untrue. When I questioned this, she argued with me briefly and then hung up. The most upsetting part of the experience was my follow-up call with Jeff. He told me that my **$34 order was not important enough to him because he had already made over $1,000 that day and did not have time to argue about it.** That kind of response is unacceptable. Every customer order matters, regardless of the dollar amount, and no one should be made to feel dismissed or unimportant for raising a legitimate concern. Jeff did eventually mention that his computer system was down and offered to send replacement food at no charge, but by that point the lack of professionalism, conflicting explanations, and dismissive attitude had already left a very negative impression. I truly hope management addresses how situations like this are handled, because loyal customers deserve better communication and respect.
