  Worst customer service experience of my life. I ordered a pizza for carside pickup on my way home and by the time I parked at the store it said my order was ready. I clicked check in on the app. Then I waited for them to bring out my pizza. And waited. And waited. And waited. I sat in the carside pickup spot for 50 MINUTES. They looked at me multiple times. For the first half of that 50 minutes I thought they were just super busy and my pizza wasn’t actually ready. Then during the second half of that 50 minute wait I was trying to come up with excuses for them. “Maybe my order didn’t go through the system.” “Maybe they just forgot about me”. I finally went inside and I told them I had a pickup order for Alex. He grabbed a pizza box that was sitting on their shelf SINCE I FIRST PARKED. I asked him if the receipt said inside pickup or carside. He confidently told me without looking at the receipt that it said carside. He then proceeded to say… “We couldn’t bring you your pizza because you didn’t have your hazard lights on.” I was a little shocked at this comment. I thought I misunderstood him so I reiterated that I was waiting out there for 50 minutes. He just repeated that they weren’t going to bring my pizza out if I didn’t have my hazard lights on. I then asked for a refund because my pizza is definitely cold now after being ready for over an hour. The employee said “well if we refund you, we can’t give you your food.” I told him I know that and that I didn’t want the pizza. I wasted over an hour of my life for rude employees to purposely not bring out my pizza. I ended up going to a different Domino’s and got pizza. I told them this story and they were shocked. I have ordered carside dominos at many locations ever since they offered that pickup method and I have never not had my pizza brought out. Especially for such a petty reason. It doesn’t even tell you on the app instructions you have to put hazards on anymore.

  This may not be this location's fault, but it's hard to believe that chicken wings can be this terrible. The pizza was good though!

  they didn’t do me wrong. They were fast. The driver was great. The food tasted excellent

  I order from this location quite a bit and while most times it is fine...tonight the pizzas were VISIBLY smaller. I measured one of the 3 I ordered and my 12" medium pizza was more like 10". I measured the other 2 as well and they are pushing 11" if you really take the furthest point and stretch it. This is not ok. Come on Dominos....you are better than that, right?
