  Food portions are complete trash. What the heck is this? This is one of the only places that actually up charges the actual food price you order just to get it delivered. A $13 burrito turns to a $17 burrito just cuz you get delivery? And then you get a mini burrito that you just paid $17 for and a steak quesadilla with like 5 little pieces of steak with barley any cheese! 🚮 They respond with contact us but there's no phone number or email address. Just an AI bot named pepper that does nothing but ends the conversation saying " well report this" ! Just go to Tamale kitchen if you want to get good food, good portion size and way better prices

  This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The burritos are less then half the size that they are at other chipotles. The burrito I just bought had less then half a cup of meat at one corner. The ingredients were cold and clearly old. I picked this up in store. Go to El Rio. They actually care about their food. Chipotle is dead.

  I’ve had so many burritos at this location and they always hit. The location is just off the road so it’s great to stop by. Their food is so filling!! I don’t know why people complain about their burrito not being perfectly wrapped like a piece of art— you’re gonna eat it anyway. I’ve never had an issue with this restaurant. Service so fast the line could be out the door and you’re through in like 5 min. Definitely a place to come back to!

  I have come here often. The food is fresh, good and served quickly. There's a reason why the line is out to the door at lunch and dinner. People like the food, they like the restaurant. The workers on the line have to be quick and efficient in processing orders, and I appreciate that. That is good customer service. For the previous reviewer who complained about customer service and workers being perfunctory, they are not there to be your buddy. Polite and efficient is what I've seen from the employees. If there's a problem, I've seen the managers show great composure in the face of really rude, unkind people, and address the issue with great customer service. And for those who complain about the restaurant being dirty, it's probably during peak rush hours when the workers have to prioritize food service over cleaning tables, and that is what most people I think, including myself, would prefer. I've seen adult customers make a mess when eating as if they are a bunch of 3 year olds, and they often leave their tables filthy. Where their manners are, I don't know. Show some respect for the people around you, and for those coming after you. The workers DO clean regularly. If you get an unclean table when there are long lines, thank the inconsiderate human who ate there before you, man up, put your rich privilege aside, get a napkin, wipe your table, and be appreciative of the fact that you live in a 1st world country where you can afford to go out to eat, and get healthy, fresh food.

  Allergy Concern While I was ordering, they were checking the temperatures of each food on the bar. However, they did not wipe off the thermometer after each food and was just immediately putting it into the next item, cross contaminating. This is very concerning and could be life threatening for someone. If someone was allergic to avocados, they couldn’t just not order the guac, because now the guac is dipped into the next food item. This needs to be addressed immediately and changed. The girl doing it might not have known that, but needs to be educated on that concern. Other than that, portion sizes were fine. There was a small black fiber in our side of sour cream. The guy checking out was nice.
