I ordered rice, chicken, pico de gaio, red and green salsa and cheese and lettuce. My daughter’s bowl looked fine, but my bowl was TINY ! There was literally maybe one and a half tablespoon of rice, barely any cheese and lettuce and not much chicken. I was starving, so I took a couple of bites, and all of a sudden it dawned on me that my bowl actually looked like someone ate from it ! I took these pictures right after eating two bites, and I threw the rest in the trash because I was completely grossed out after realizing that my bowl actually looked like someone ate from it ! I’m not sure if the store was negligent in making such a horrible rice bowl, or if the driver either accidentally spilled it, or ate from it, but from reading the reviews, I definitely wonder. I would appreciate someone contacting me to remedy the situation.

Manager Nida is clearly doing an excellent job leading the team, everything ran smoothly and you could tell there was strong communication and teamwork behind the scenes. Maria helped me during my visit, and she was friendly, efficient, and attentive. I ordered the chicken al pastor, and it was absolutely delicious, everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Coming from a corporate restaurant background, I really notice when a team is working well together, and this location stood out. I haven’t been to Chipotle in a while, but this visit definitely brought me back. Great job all around.
