You are wasting your money here they do not give you enough food for what you pay for. Such a disappointment. At least me and my family will never return to this Chipotle.

I ordered at 8:45pm for pickup at 9pm on Friday 8/14. First, when I first walked in, it smelled like straight sewage. And not by the bathroom, the smell was everywhere in that store. It was disgusting and such a turn off to even wanting to pick up my mobile order. Second, they had a giant JBL speaker BLASTING in the mobile order prep area. I was trying to talk to the cashier and it was so overwhelming hearing that while the music in the lobby was also at full blast. It felt more like an employment party than a business. Management, please address this. It’s soooo bad from the customer point of view. When I got home, the guac was black. Like seriously, no green. We immediately tossed it. Food was mediocre and they ALWAYS forget items. This place used to be great and lately, it’s just not. I think I’m done with this location. I highly suggest more upper management presence at the odd hours to keep an eye on things.

So when I go to correct her since she clearly wasnt listening she gets all puffy...asked for double steak. Didnt get it. And when I tried to correct her she just ignored me. Get to the register. Guy did the same just dismissed it.

Online order asked for EXTRA toppings NOTHING....I see the CULTURE is still the same...3 pieces of chicken in 1 taco. You literally have to go in and record them making your food for it to be made properly. They say we'll give you more just ASK...LIES!! I NEED A REFUND.... all the reviews at this location are horrible. I went to your website and did what you told me to do and no one has contacted me
