    They didnt tell me they were out of brisket until after I ordered and they had to refund me. Then they forgot my chocolate shake on this hot spring day when I was really craving one...

    They need to clearly post both on the website, doors and this site what time the lobby closes because I have come three times in the last week at different times between 9 pm and 9:30 pm and the door has been locked. I do not own a vehicle so I am not able to go through the drive-thru.

    Tried it for the first time, wondering why Arbys is even open and who eats here... Was pleasantly surprised, I could understand what type of niche this restaurant fulfills. Got the roast beef and BBQ brisket, no complaints. Curly fries were really good, not greasy or soggy.

    I been here like 5 times and every time my food is trash!!! I got a burger and the buns were soggy the veggies on the burger looked old and the patty itself was horrible. My fries were cold and hard the only thing that didnt taste old on my order was the mozzarella sticks. I would not recommend this location. Save your money or eat at the neighboring restaurant in that area
