  Sorry, but you really need to start cooking your fries to order—or at least much closer to it. We ordered takeout and chose to go inside instead of using the drive-thru. The sandwiches were excellent, but both the curly fries and crinkle fries were cold, stale, and disappointing. I probably should have known what to expect when I saw the pile of pre-cooked mozzarella sticks sitting there. If I had ordered those, I definitely wouldn't have thought they were fresh. They looked like all the cheese had leaked out of the breading. That said, the staff was super friendly, and the restaurant was clean. The sandwiches were great, which is why I'll continue coming back. I'll just be asking for fresh fries next time—or skipping them altogether.

  Haven't been to Arby's in many years because the stopped making my favorite sandwich, ham and Swiss, but it's back now. Maybe has been for awhile.
