  Do not stop in Limon. Not so much McDonalds fault. Most of the fast food service is terrible and horribly managed. Either by not planning their stocking or prep. I’ve been an half an hour before close and employees tell me their system is down. I say I don’t mind waiting but in turn they were just waiting to leave. I’ve waited 20-30 plus minutes on occasion for a simple menu item. They’ll have you pull up to reserved spot so their window meter doesn’t go over. Probably one of the worst McDonalds I have been to.

  We ordered 4 McGriddle meals that should’ve come with 4 hash browns and 4 drinks. One of the workers gave us 4 McGriddles and only 1 orange juice and 1 hash brown. When we tried to nicely remind her that we’re missing 3 hash browns and 3 drinks, she literally yelled at us and said the meals don’t come with hash browns and drinks. Then she went to the back and never came back. We had to ask another worker who helped us out and confirmed that we were in the right. Literally the worst experience we’ve had at a McDonald.

  Was asked to park and our food would be brought out to us. Watched multiple people that were behind us get there food first. As we proceeded to wait 20 minutes for them to bring our order out. And the order wasn't even correct. We were still missing a burger and no sauce for the nuggets.

  placed an order on door dash april 11 at 11:20 the app says last orders accepted are at 11:30. waited about 20 minutes realized they closed at 12 and i didn’t have a dasher yet so i went to go pick it up. i got there at 11:50 and went through the drive thru. didn’t hear anything out of it for 5 minutes so i went to the window. nobody was at either one so i went around and went to the doors they were both locked. i decided to go back to the drive thru and talk to see if anyone would answer was completely ignored so i knocked on the drive thru window. they also ignored that so i called the store shocker at this point but it was also ignored. so i sat and waited at the window finally at 12:05 a old blonde lady came over and said they didn’t accept orders past 11 due to the lobby being closed. (this is a lie because they accepted it through the app). no idea what happened to my food but not happy with the service at this mcdonald’s they could’ve easily made a cheese burger and cold fries in 10 minutes before they closed. pretty crappy customer service.
