We went on Thursdsy on Filet night. Wife and I both ordered medium temp and they were seriously over and well done throughout. The faces were also well past seared and basically burnt. Can tell it was a high quality cut but the cook was way off, especially for a place that basically only does beef. Other food was fine and service was good. Prices are reasonable if they can get the meat temp fixed.

You can’t get a better meal for this price on the front range! The fillet mignon was delicious, as was the salad, baked potato, bread, and chocolate pie. Truly one of the best deals out there! We’ll be back again. 🙌

Good food. Horrible service. Check your drink. Don't show up unless you have a lot of time on your hands. Very hard to get any face time with your server. Also I was with a recovering alcoholic in our group and I have never had alcohol. So very disappointed to ask 3 times for a virgin drink. And when we finally got it after an hour it had alcohol. *Then found out from the manager that server Juliana lied about it and said we wanted alcohol. But good food...
