  We came in for a quick bite before getting back on our road trip.. which turned into a waste of time. When we came in one other couple ordered before us, a couple in the drive through. Nothing crazy. We waited for our food for over 20 minutes. We noticed people getting their food pretty quickly and walking out of the store. I asked the cashier what was taking so long for our food, and apparently the drive through worker cleared both our order and the couple before us. They had to remake our fries and had to remake the entire order of the couple before us. After 25+ minutes we finally got our food. It set us back nearly an hour on our drive.. the cashier refunded our money and our food was hot since they had to remake it. Those are the only positives about this review.

  My Boyfriend and I went inside to order for to go. While standing right across from the registers where they take orders, you can see right into the kitchen where the employees prepare the food. The two guys that were preparing the 3 wraps & two mini sliders we ordered were eating food themselves at the same time. We stood there and watched them eat while finishing our order. Once the lady at the register came to hand me our bag I told her “I just watched both of the guys make our food while eating food themselves I suggest maybe letting them know that that is unacceptable and not sanitary and remind them that just because they’re in the kitchen does not mean people out in the dining room can’t see what they’re doing.” The lady replied with “what kind of sauce would you like?” She did not acknowledge the complaint I just made to her and then did not say thank you, have a good night, absolutely nothing. Very disappointed.

  It has been a minute since I have visited an Arby's for a sit down meal. Roast beef was delicious, service was above excellent, and the restaurant was clean. Well done!

  Stopped here with a scout troop of 20. The staff was awesome, kind, friendly, and very accommodating. Food was very good and served fast. Kudos to the staff!!!

  They were alright. Got a buffalo chicken sandwich and the lettuce was old
