  Just went to this location to pick up a mobile order. I forgot to put a modification on one of my items and let them know and they totally accommodated me! The young man helping us was very kind and professional. Every time I come to this location I leave satisfied (: thank you guys!!

  Took 30 minutes to make 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos and a cheese fry then te food came out all cold....

  I placed my order and started heading to the location. It took me about 15 minutes to get there. I noticed that my app still said ‘order received’ so I waited a few more minutes and went inside. They said my order was not ready. I waited and watched as they served people who came in to order after me. Cleared out the drive through along with all other mobile orders. Three employees asked me if I was there for a mobile order even though I stated that as soon as I came in and they each asked the name for the order. It took a total of 45 minutes for me to get my food after placing the pick up order that was supposed to make my night go quickly. They also made me get my own drink while every other mobile order had their drink handed to them. I only received one pathetic “sorry for the wait.” I wasn’t going to post this on google but the Taco Bell app limited my use of characters and this was such a bad experience I needed all of it to be explained.

  Every time we order here something is missing or the quality is subpar. Sucks the local taco bell is ruined.

  I’ve been coming to this location for years, but this staff they have now is Rockin, especially at night time & early morning hours there’s a nice Latino/ Latina team that does amazing! There’s a short young Latina with a great smile that always has an amazing attitude no matter what, whether it’s at the beginning of her shift or at the end. Plus my order is always correct when they are working, I asked for their names, but they are humble & don’t want recognition, so they know who they are! Thank you for an amazing experience always!
