  Stopped by Subway and had such a great experience thanks to Donte. His customer service truly stood out — welcoming, patient, attentive, and genuinely kind from start to finish. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and cares about customers having a positive experience. The food was fresh, everything was prepared carefully, and his positive energy made my visit even better. There was also another lovely lady working there whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask, but she was equally amazing. Both of them created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In a world where great service can be hard to find, they absolutely went above and beyond. Thank you both for the exceptional service — it was deeply appreciated!

  Such horrible customer service tonight. The older woman working was so rude. I felt like an inconvenience as a customer for simply asking for the sandwhich I wanted. This is not the first time I experienced such poor customer service at this subway. I even told myself tonight I should go somewhere else, but man I just wanted a subway sandwhich. I wish ownership would take accountability for their employees and hire more respectful people.

  Subway has an awesome team very good at customer service Subway's the best one is on Wadsworth and Kipling there's a gentleman that works there that I don't know if he's the manager or just an associate but he is awesome and he's the one that will always bring me back to subway cuz the one on Alameda and Wadsworth don't go there there's naughty rude especially there's a female she's a young thin female Hispanic she is so rude I wanted to slap her.

  I go to this subway all the time and have for years. I’ve always found the staff to be pleasant and friendly- until today. The dark haired girl working was so rude and ridiculous that she should be fired immediately. She did not greet me. She refused to answer simple questions about what was available and what wasn’t. She rolled her eyes when I asked for more onions. They were out of chips and she ignored me when I asked if they had more; when I asked a second time she snapped at me. She told me she doesn’t care about her job or that her service was unsatisfactory. She literally yelled at me across the restaurant as I was leaving. The whole encounter was super childish and unbelievable. On top of that, the soda machine was out of Pepsi, she obviously just didn’t care to refill it. I imagine they do have chips, she just didn’t feel like stocking them. Most of the sandwich toppings were nearly empty and she didn’t look interested in restocking those either - most of the toppings I got were the bottom remnants. I asked her to wrap my sandwich in two separate wrappers and she refused - but I do this all the time at subways (half for lunch and half for dinner) - and this was the first time I have ever been denied. She has worked there a while and has never been this terrible or miserable before. I’ll be calling corporate and the management of this location next to report this. This worker should be fired immediately.

  This subway always has something wrong with it. They’re out of stuff, the fountain drink machine is broken, the ice machine is leaking a big puddle of water on the floor, they can only take cash and no cards, etc. The owner/manager need to actually pay attention and not let things break down all the time. Update: they continue to be out of stock of things constantly
