- RFRenee Fry4 days ago1.0I ordered online to pick up food at 5:45. It was handed to me at 6:02. The fries sat under the heat lamp that entire time so they were limp. The only reason I chose Smash Burger over the countless other options is their crispy fries. The patty was a 1/2 inch smaller than the bun. The bun was tough and stale. The staff handed me a milk shake at 5:45....and I sucked a very long hair thru the straw and it left a greasy film in my mouth before I came across the hair and threw it out! I paid $40 some dollars for 2 terrible meals. No wonder so many locations have closed. Go to In and Out or Shake Shack!!

The whole car ride back I could not wait to get home and eat. I open my Burger, take one bite, and bit into rock hard black burnt cheese on a burger that's maybe 2" by 3" not even big enough to cover the bun. $30 for 2 single patty burgers and a large smash fry. I called to see what they could do for me about making it right, and was told I'd have to go back in to get the order remade or go to the website to get a refund?? I haven't made it that far yet. Very disappointed and wish I could've just saved my $30.
