  Pizza arrived fast, but a little too fast. Had to put it in the oven to even get it to be fully cooked. The cheese in the stuffed crust wasn’t even melted. On top of that I requested well done and it was nowhere near that.

  I ordered the pizza at 8:30 pm. The app said it would be here at 9:03pm, at 9:23 I called and the store didn't answer and the call went to a national call center, she didn't know what waa going on and told me to call back in 20 minutes if the pizza didn't show up! At 9:47 I called again and the call center said well we can remake the pizza or give you a refund. I was in the process of getting a refund, which he said I would have to go to the store, when she showed up at 9:59! This is unacceptable! Pizza hut used to have their own delivery drivers and we have ordered from them for 24 years in this same house! And for 10 years had the same 2 delivery drivers ans everything was fine. But now they are using door dash and it absolutely horrible! When the foid arrived it was barely warm and had the wrong crust! We are very disappointed in the way things have been handled this last year! After tonight we will no longer be using pizza hut! The pizza should have been free after all the problems just from tonight!

  Update: went in 4/8 and spoke to Karen the manager on site, she was super nice and refunded me in the store. Went in on 4/5/26 order was messed up they gave us boneless wings instead of traditional, ok not a big deal but it’s an up charge for the traditional, the guy working said I will get that refunded ok cool, well the next day instead of a refund I was charged more, you can’t actually call the location it just goes to a call center so I came in and I’m told I can’t do anything my boss isn’t here till tomorrow.

  The worst of the worst completely messed up my 33.00 order. All I wanted was Pepperoni and cheese. Messed my wings up. Don’t understand the difference between hot and bbq . Someone with common sense needs to work here it’s not hard.
