  I pick up lunch from this location regularly. My food has always been made correct, and fresh! I am extremely thankful for this location and the staff running it!

  I genuinely understand all the low ratings. They forgot our breadsticks and marina sauce. We called and the lady on the line had to ask my phone number with the order 7 times. We get the breads sticks delivered, but when we bit into our Barbecue Chicken Pizza…THEY FORGOT THE BARBECUE SAUCE. Oh and not to mention, they sent our delivery order through DoorDash who didn’t deliver it for over an hour. Actually insane.

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this Pizza Hut. I tried to place my order by phone, but after multiple tries I was unable to get through to anyone at the restaurant. I eventually placed the order through the app. The problems only got worse from there. The delivery took much longer than expected, and when the pizza finally arrived, it was cold. To make matters worse, the order was wrong. The receipt clearly showed the items we ordered, but when we opened the boxes, the pizzas were not what we had requested. I tried to call several times to resolve this, but I could never reach anyone at the actual restaurant. Every call was routed to a call center. The solution they offered was a discount on a future order. Considering that the order was delivered late, cold, and incorrect, I did not feel that was an appropriate resolution. I asked that someone from the store call me and that never happened, hence my review for others. What makes this really disappointing is that I grew up eating Pizza Hut. In fact, one of Pizza Hut's founders came and spoke to my economics class years ago. I understand that every company makes mistakes. What matters is how those mistakes are handled. Instead of taking ownership and making things right, This Pizza Hut made it nearly impossible to speak with someone who could actually help, and never reached back to me. I teach my kids to vote with their money and support businesses that value their customers. Unfortunately, after this experience, our family will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

  Pizza arrived fast, but a little too fast. Had to put it in the oven to even get it to be fully cooked. The cheese in the stuffed crust wasn’t even melted. On top of that I requested well done and it was nowhere near that.
