  I “LOVE” this place… Not going to lie! Firstly, I would like to state that I am a BBQ “snob;” as well as certified KCBS BBQ judge for 17yrs. I had all but GIVEN UP on decent bbq in Colorado; Piggin’ Out has restored my faith. Extensive Menu; Food is great; Staff is always friendly; orders accurate… Piggin’ Out deserves more than simple praise; they are a “Local Gem!”

  Great roadside bbq joint! Food was great atmosphere is mostly outdoor or tent seating. The bbq team was very friendly and helpful! Price for what you get was pretty fair. Great little find!

  The food is always hot and so good. When anyone asks about a great BBQ place around Denver this is where I recommend they go.

  Go see Eric and team, and they will take good care of you! Piggin' Out has the best BBQ I've ever had in my life. No exaggeration. Incredible flavor. So many different sauces and excellent sides. Really, really good food and service! It's my go to because it's the best!
