Don't go! And definitely don't leave a tip, in advance online, before you ever get any type of service either! We ordered online, for pick up, last Tuesday. It said our order would be ready between 5:24-5:34 pm. When my husband showed up around 5:30 there were 8-10 people already waiting in the lobby, most of them were ride share delivery drivers. There was no one at the front counter, only two people in back working, and no acknowledgement or customer service for anyone in the lobby. This location has gone downhill and is in dire need of intervention. The workers would yell names toward the front counter of pizza's supposedly coming out. Everybody waited and waited. I'm sure the delivery drivers lost out on tips through no fault of their own. Plus the drivers lost money while standing around, waiting, and not being able to pick up other jobs. After a while we wanted to cancel our order as this place was ridiculous, but there was NO ONE to help - NO customer service and the front counter remained void of any interaction. Our pizza eventually came out at 6:05 pm! The next day, after contacting customer support online, General Manager Leroy called my husband. He apologized and said he had taken a day off after not having one in a long time and some employees took full advantage of it. He also said he would refund our order - never happened. Horrible service during order, and afterward. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

What happened to the manager KC that used to work at night? She was amazing! The new female manager (Saturday night) is rude and disrespectful I witnessed her explode on a driver I won't be ordering there

My estimated pick up time 6:32-6:42 my husband walked into the building right at 6:32 and they said it wasn’t ready yet. It is now 7:20 and we are barely getting our order. I understand a business being busy but almost a full hour for one pizza and sides is a bit excessive. On top of that the manager was not helpful as she was arguing with other patrons as well. After this experience I’m very discouraged from ever choosing papa John’s again.
