- MRMatrix RockafellarAug 9, 20261.0This place has pissed me off multiple times but tonight is the last straw. I ordered over an hour ago and papa John sent DoorDash. No one told me, called and she kept telling me I needed to contact DoorDash when I ordered through papa John’s. I ordered through the PAPA JOHNS app that makes no sense. She was rude the entire time and then kept getting worse. I’d give zero if I could. This place sucks.

I called (it was previously for pick up; tried to call for pick up) the employee refused to give their name and hung up on me. I re called and he dated they couldn't accommodate the order. He than said we should have tried earlier in the afternoon...if they are open, they should be able to fulfill the order. He hung up 3x (if course I don't want to order from them at this point) good customer service would be appreciated. I'll never order from them again, I usually don't...they had "Toy story," pizza and it was my nieces bday. However, the quality and customer service at this location is purely unacceptable.

Instead of apologizing or explaining my options, the employee just said he didn't know what I wanted to do. I had to ask what my options were before he told me I could get a regular crust or a refund. I chose a refund, and he simply said "okay" and hung up. No apology, no confirmation that my refund was processed, and just overall rude customer service. Running out of ingredients happens, but there's no excuse for treating customers this way.

Saying oh we can have it there by 11:30 … wow Just at lost for words for this . I called over 8 times to have my order checked on and no one answers that line . Called the new order line and they said call us back on the check order line ( same person )
