  I called them 20 minutes before closing time. The girl that answered the phone sounded like I had bothered her nap!!!! Make your closing time eight o'clock then! I asked if they would still deliver. It was twenty minutes before closing time. That was posted! SHE SOUNDED DEPRESSED AND VERY UPSET THAT I ASKED SUCH A QUESTION!!! BOOOOO!!! NEVER A PROBLEM WITH THIS PLACE BEFORE. TONIGHT, UNTIL THAT GIRL ANSWERED THE PHONE AND IT WAS UGLY. I HUNG UP ON HER!!! I WILL NEVER CALL THIS LOCATION AGAIN. AND I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR TWELVE YEARS AND HAVE BEEN ORDERING FOOD FROM THEM FOR TWELVE YEARS. SHE OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T GIVE A CRAP!!!!! BOOOOO!!! I want to thank the owner for reviewing and replying to my review! There is no way to reply to the reply. So I'm just editing my review, but I do sincerely thank the owner for taking the time to read them and addressing the issues. It's hard to feel positive when the person you are doing business with makes you feel like they are you are doing you a favor allowing you to give them your business. And that's how that girl made me feel.. Terrible and condecending demeanor! Thank you owner for replying!

  Don’t bother ordering delivery for Jimmy John’s anymore. Just ordered a sandwich and it took over an hour and a half for the food to get to me despite living less than 5 mins away. It would be quicker for me to go and pick it up myself and I’m in a wheelchair!! I guess they don’t have their own delivery drivers anymore and sub it out to uber. Don’t advertise Freaky Fast if you can’t deliver on time.

  Haven't had jj in a while decided to go on my lunch break. Everything was fresh but I wasn't aware I had to let them know to cut my sandwich in half.
