The last time I was here, I told the guy who was making my sandwich that I couldn't eat the cheese from my no 10, but my kids could and they're always hungry. He gave me 4 pieces instead of the 2 I shouldn't gotten, and my kids enjoyed it. That right there is worth 5 stars. The little extras that people care about will bring you customers long term. I will think fondly of this specific jimmy johns, as that one guy cares about people. Management, pay attention to how your employees act with people. You don't want to lose great people. Find ways to get them raises and praises!
