  I love Jamba Juice. However, this location is understaffed and took way too long to get my smoothie. The girls are so nice but come on. 1 person working when it’s 100 degrees outside….

  Let me first start off by saying this is an excellent location, the staff is incredibly kind and professional (even when they have a line out the door and a stack of blenders that need cleaned taller than them and no help) and the smoothies food are delicious. However this location is also incredibly busy. And I will no longer support a company that does not value physical and emotional safety of their employees. There should be 2 people on shift at all times. Not only is it a safety issue but it is unfair both to the employee and the customers. Food would go out faster. There’s really no reason NOT to have 2 employees on shift at all times other than blatant GREED. I do not know if this is a corporate location or a chain but either way this should not be accepted anywhere and is wrong. Again I want to reiterate all your employees are wonderful helpful and kind. The reason I’m leaving a negative review is due to how you as a company treat those employees.

  Mika was working yesterday when I came in, and they were incredibly warm, engaging and kind. It took me a little bit to order because I have anxiety, and they were so patient and kind about it. I was sad to see they didn't have any help. I know staffing is an issue a lot of places, but there's no excuse on the Fourth of July for anyone to be working alone. Mika deserves better. They were a breath of fresh air in a city full of smog. Thank you Mika, for being so much more than a smoothie shop employee for me yesterday

  Small portion sizes for the plastic bowls. No changing table in the restroom.

  The woman working tonight was the sweetest. She was so backed up but working so hard and managed to get things out in a reasonable time. Good job!
