Its seriously about 50/50 on if the order is even going to be correct, let alone the inconsistencies in every other aspect. This store alone has turned me off of 5 Guys nearly all together. If I wanted cheese, I'd order a cheeseburger, please pay attention. I can't stand cheese on it so you ruin the entire burger over and over again.

The food is already expensive then you add a tip without us knowing until we get the receipt is actually crazy.the manager refunded but kept insinuating that I had to have pressed the tip button when I only tapped my card I didn’t even touch the machine.

We got the classic combo & added a lil cheeseburger. Spent about $25 for a delicious meal & havsies so less than $13 each . Oh yeah free peanuts while you wait ha. The service was great and the joint was super clean/tidy. We’ve returned a few more times.
