Second, I talk to that manager asking for something and he turns his back on me and tells another worker and finally the potatoes I just throw that paper bag. It's a shame five guys as every time the customer service is more bad and the amount of potatoes less and less. It's better to go to another location or another hamburger place

Its seriously about 50/50 on if the order is even going to be correct, let alone the inconsistencies in every other aspect. This store alone has turned me off of 5 Guys nearly all together. If I wanted cheese, I'd order a cheeseburger, please pay attention. I can't stand cheese on it so you ruin the entire burger over and over again.
