  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at the El Pollo Loco on Colfax, and a big part of that was because of Maria. From the moment I walked in, she was genuinely warm, welcoming, and incredibly pleasant. You can tell she truly cares about making customers feel appreciated. What really stood out was that she went above and beyond. She was handing out mints and churros as a thoughtful surprise, which was such a nice touch and made the whole visit feel special. Small acts like that make a lasting impression and show exceptional customer service. Employees like Maria are the reason people come back. She represents your company incredibly well and deserves to be recognized for the positive impact she has on customers every day. Give this woman a raise. She has earned it! Thank you, Maria, for making my day a little brighter. I’ll definitely be back.

  We ordered catering from here and absolutely everything was perfect, the food was well wrapped and still hot an hour later. Staff was very kind in helping us to our car, and the price was extremely reasonable!

  This El Pollo Loco is a joke. As someone from California the work ethic of the people working here is so careless they aren’t preparing the food correctly. I ordered Two 4 piece meals and each comes with two small sides and I ordered chips with the guacamole and asked that they please put the green salsa inside. Well, They gave me the 4 piece meals and sides as a 3 piece meal on ONE plate with the sides in the plate. Like, the blatant disregard for the proper way they are supposed to serve this is wild. It’s a chain. Chains have consistency, this is was extremely inconsistent to the LA locations AND the one up north off i70. No salsas at all when that would never happen anywhere else. All the corn tortillas were broken into pieces. If you don’t care so much that you’re giving people stuff they didn’t pay for and providing less of a service than pollo loco strives for. Why not find a different job to do? I’ve ate at el pollo loco for almost 15 years between LA and now CO and can confidentially say this is the first time I’ve ever had a store do this. I will never go to this location again. Literally a joke.

  Great food although it seemed to cool off pretty fast usually I get it hot right off the grill, this is a brand new location, his staff did not call out a number I ordered it on the app and it didn't give a short number on the app, You think they would be instructed to call out the name or the last four digits three digits of the number
