- RSRhi Ma Slade3 days ago1.0My husband and I ordered 2 coffees and one sandwich. The place was absolute chaos, people standing in line while the workers moved at a snail like pace. The person taking my order didn’t know where anything was and was just wandering around. I had reminded them of my sandwich and they just walked away. We left without our sandwich after 30 minutes of waiting. We will never come back.
- KMKimberly MooreAug 23, 20262.0Just don’t do it! If you’re thinking about coming in to this location, don’t do it. The only time I have ever received great service was early in the morning. The girls who open this location are absolute gems and I love to see them. This review is not about my pre 10am visits which are a dine in experience. This weekend 8/22-8/23 I’ve had terrible service. On Saturday 8/22 at 11am I waited over 15 minutes to drive my coffee. She was visibly stressed about the amount of orders and was only taking the drive thru orders while my cup set off to the side. I watched them ignore it and work diligently to do everything else but my coffee. When I stepped up to the recovering spot and told her the coffee I was waiting on, she become embarrassed and put it together so quickly it was incorrect and I didn’t drink it once I left. Today, just now at 11:30 I walked in and the lobby was full of people. It seemed like they were mostly waiting on food and a few drinks. We stood in that lobby at the counter for 5 minutes and no one even looked at us or acknowledged we were there. I understand that someone else was there and they messed up their order. You pulled him in front of us to assist and when you were done you walked away. Aren’t you the manager? How hard is it to say hello? We left because after yesterday I’m not going to be ignored and then wait for 15min for incorrect coffee. I would like the owner to contact me please. Moral of the story here is go before 11am, preferably before 10 so you can get the amazing service I’m used to because the managers are rude and you’re going to wait a long time for a cup of coffee. They only care about the drive thru. Don’t come inside, especially don’t order food! I would like the owner to contact me please.

The staff always greets you with “order when you’re ready” and when you are done its always “go to the front”. No good morning or how can I help you, just bad service. Always seems annoyed and unhelpful. The food is often sloppily thrown together as well. I usually get a bacon egg and cheese and my cheese is usually halfway off the sandwich. Looking at the other reviews it seems this is a reoccurring problem that management has yet to do something about.

The workers were not friendly at all and working at a record slow pace, clearly not caring about customer service. On top of that, they messed up BOTH of my very simple drink orders. The coffee also wasn’t made well (burnt and very watery). I won’t be coming back to this location which is a shame.
