I will keep this short, I asked for double chicken and was only given a single serving, the older Hispanic female just wanted to argue with me (I did not get her name) I wasn't going to cause a scene at the store so I left and called customer service. I explained the situation and was assured this would be resolved and someone would be contacting me via email. If it matters this was May 22, 2026 1:56pm 10202 ORDER #300. If someone sees this I am not mad, just very disapointed and would like to communicate.

One of the employees wiped lettuce off the counter and put it back in the lettuce container on the line cross-contamination disgusting we will be lucky if we don't get sick

We ordered chips and guac as a part of our to-go order and they forgot to give us chips. This whole management team needs to be fired. Just avoid and eat somewhere else.
