  There’s this one lady that works there and she acts like it’s her chicken when I asked for chicken can you give me a good scoop of chicken cause I’m paying for this and if I ask for double chicken don’t give me one scoop of regular chicken when I’m paying for double

  Very disappointed with my experience today. I placed a Chipotle order today, August 24th, at around 5:00 PM, expecting a straightforward delivery. The drive from the restaurant to my apartment is only about 20 minutes, yet my order took over an hour to arrive. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I received no communication whatsoever about the delay. When the order finally arrived, the driver did not follow the delivery instructions I provided. I specifically asked them to enter the apartment building and leave the order at my door, but instead, the order was left outside the apartment building, where it was unfortunately stolen before I could get to it. This is especially disappointing because this was not my first issue with an order. I previously had a burrito that was made incorrectly, despite the fact that I had paid extra for additional toppings/ingredients. When I am paying extra for something, I expect the order to be prepared correctly. At this point, I will not be ordering again until I can feel confident that my orders will be prepared correctly and delivered according to my instructions. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because customers should not have to deal with missing food, incorrect orders, poor communication, and delivery instructions being ignored. I really hope Chipotle can look into what happened and take responsibility for improving the experience for customers in the future. I would like my money back also.

  Chipotle has gone downhill over the years, with the price increases and the customer service getting worse and worse. Had a pretty disappointing experience tonight, you would think that 4-5 people in-front of you in line should take less than 10 minutes to get through but the line workers seem more interested in flirting with customers ahead of keeping the line moving. It took me around 20 mins to get through and get my food, on top of having to repeat myself when asked which ingredients, I would’ve gone somewhere else if I had known it was going to take too long.

  Host Josue gave horrible customer service as I went to check out. Gave the guy a 100 bill and he had the nerve to say it wasn't real, said his machine wasn't reading it. I explained I got the bill from a bank so I know it's real. If he didn't want to break the bill he could've just said so, I'd understand. Don't make a scene like I'm giving you a fake bill, that's unacceptable. Do better Chipotle

  I had the misfortune of going to this chipotle tonight and was so baffled by my experience that I had to leave a review. I placed a mobile pick up order (my first mistake) that said it would be ready by 9:20. I entered the establishment after the app said my order was ready. I walked in, and after blatantly being ignored for 10 minutes, told the staff member that my order was ready. He said he would go check. I waited for another 15 minutes (at this point my friends order had already been fulfilled) and had to ask again what the status of my order was. I was told that they were “probably still preparing it”. Mind you, it is now about 9:40 and my order has been “ready” for 20 minutes. I finally receive my order and notice that the chips are missing, so I had to ask the employee for them and then had the bag shoved at me. Upon arriving home, I opened my bowl and found that they did not include the guac that I payed for. Truly the cherry on top of this awful experience.
