  The manager at this location is absolutely amazing! I had an issue with my food and before I could even finish my sentence to my super sweet and amazing waitress (Brittney) he came over, listened to my issue and made it right immediately!! This is the kind of service I appreciate and have made a loyal customer out of me because of him! Give this man a raise and make sure not to loose him!! Managers like this are few and far between 🙌🏼♥️

  We never eat here, but boyfriend had surgery and was craving comfort food and this seemed close and easy. Truly comical how accurate the other reviews are about them not getting your order right. I called in to place a pickup order, because online it would not allow me to choose 2 of the same sauce for my 20 wing order. I order double parmesan garlic and the bill total comes out to about $10 more expensive for the phone order versus online, probably to cover their cost to serve. Whatever, I place my order anyways. Lo and behold, my order is wrong. There isnt double parmesan, instead the parmesan garlic are the least amount of wings in the order. 5 out of the 20. Glad I spend the extra money on the phone order.... And don't get me started on the quality of the food. TLDR: the reviews about them getting your order wrong are comically accurate. There are better quality, less processed wings, here in Lakewood. Do your wallet and health a favor and order wings at a local bar.

  This location consistently messes up delivery orders. And when they don’t mess them up, they cancel them and lie about it when asked. They cancel orders with their advertised deals. Let’s see if reporting them for false advertising fixes their issue.

  We've been going here for over 15 years. Our last service here was so unbelievably awful we went be back. The waitress was awful. I'd never recommend going here. Go to the location on Wads and Belleview and save yourself the disappointment.

  Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a restaurant. I’ve been going to Buffalo Wild Wings for over 15 years and over five different states in the United States for the first time ever I will no longer ever spend my money here due to the kitchen manager at this location, absolutely rude, disrespectful, and unkind. There are several other locations in Colorado Denver area specific that outshine this specific location I recommend going to any other one than this one they truly need to go through a better and stricter customer service oriented training, but you can tell that the GM and the manager don’t care how any of the employees act or treat their patrons again I highly highly recommend you avoid this location at all cost. I have sent an email to the Assistant GM and still have not received a response. We are now about five days since that email was sent. I will now be sending an email to whatever email I can find for the corporate office but do not spend your money here.
