  Get that man a raise - Jay has the best customer service, it was most comfortable experience ordering while I was unsure what to order! I was only going to order fries until he mentioned the cup of cheddar and potato cakes the kids loved it! Keely was very nice at the window as well food was piping hot made a great drive through experience!

  What is going on at this location! We ordered the Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon Sandwich; there was no bacon and a sliver of turkey. Then we realized they forgot a sandwich so we had to drive back. When we walked in everyone working there was on their cellphone and we got attitude when we told them they forgot a sandwich on our order. Are there any managers at this location?? Any regionals??? Does anyone care??? Seriously, skip this location.

  Went to Arby’s went through the drive through they made me park said 5 min it was like 30 min got home my fries were cold my sandwich was not even put together kept falling apart.

  Totally get that this is just a moment in time, but it's 3:30 p.m. on a Friday and they ran out of orange syrup for the orange cream milkshake. And I'm stuck in line and it's taking forever. Maybe they're short stuff today or something

  I went here twice this week. Both times J helped me in the drive through. He was so kind and thoughtful both times, I had lots of questions the first time and he knew all the ingredients on 5 sandwiches I asked about. In the end i asked if he could just make me something cheesy and meaty. He recommended a French dip with extra cheese. It was soooo good, I went two days later. J helped me again, when i pulled up, he remembered me and was so polite and friendly. He made me laugh and turned my sour day into a great one. Thanks J! Thanks Kitchen Crew!
