WHAT IN THE WORLD IS WRONG WITH THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER? All these reviews are about her, how is it that she’s still employed there???Absolutely disgusting behavior!!!
The lady behind the counter was unbelievably rude. I simply asked if I could get another sandwich, and instead of helping, she started throwing things around and said, “Well, I wish you would have told me,” as if making another sandwich was some huge inconvenience. All after saying “HEARD!!” when I asked her to toast my sandwich? There wasn’t even anyone waiting behind me.
When I told her that the way she was speaking to me wasn’t okay, she continued arguing back and forth instead of trying to resolve the situation. She even told me she didn’t care. I’ve never experienced customer service this disrespectful. Employees don’t have to be overly friendly, but treating customers with basic courtesy should be the minimum. This experience was completely unacceptable.

I placed an order online. Upon picking it up, I asked if banana peppers were in the bag since it was sealed, and I had asked for them on the side. Immediately, the woman became hostile and rude. (While I noticed her attitude toward other customers when I arrived, I didn’t think much of it) As soon as I mentioned the peppers, she looked at the receipt and said they're not even on there, so they’re not on your sandwich. I opened the bag, and they weren't in there either. So I said, "Okay, may I please have some on the side?" and she gave me some. Then I looked over the receipt and noticed it did say, so I approached the counter and said, “Ma’am, I just want to point out that it does say on the receipt that I had requested them on the side.” She began to yell and said “YOU GOT THEM, YOU GOT THEM SO.” I responded saying “ma’am there is no need to get hostile I wanted to point out where it does say that I requested them.” She yelled, “I DIDN’T SEE THAT, BUT YOU GOT THEM.” I said, “There is no need to be unprofessional,” but she kept telling me, so I just walked away. Unfortunately, I tipped for such a terrible experience. By the looks of it, most customers have similar experiences.
