  This Taco Bell is continuously plagued with issues and it seems to never improve since it has opened. The lines are horrendous, the service slow and food is missing despite using the app. This is the second time in less than two weeks that nearly half of my order was missing and I sent communication both times to Taco Bell. There has been no response, no apology, no refund, nothing. Do not trust this Taco Bell if you appreciate your free time and having everything you had ordered.

  They never have staff. Going inside to order is a complete joke they leave you standing at the counter until they decide to even notice your standing there. After ordering your food they make sure to have you wait so they can deal with drive thru first. Try opening both lines to cook one for driver thru one for the counter. This Taco Bell is as bad as the Lafayette location. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

  A teenager was at the cashier and got my food and brought it to me, I also previously ordered a LARGE refresca drink, the teenager gave me a small and said if I wanted it to be a large I have to pay extra. It’s not my fault that I specifically asked for it to be a large. Also in the drive thru it was very slow but there was only one car in front of me and none behind. Waited at least 25 minutes. Very disappointed.

  Very rude people. Messed up a $40 order, made me wait in the front of the store, for 30 minutes, food was cold, was missing 4 of the things that I ordered. And they keep their phone busy so that no one gets through. And then when you DO get through they hang up on you and tell you it's not their problem. They also gave me chicken instead of shredded beef in a shredded beef taco?!
