  This is likely a McDonald's thing in general, but employees are so hard to find here. They all work in the back and orders are taken via virtual kiosks. If you need an employee it takes 5-10 minutes of waiting up front for one to become available. Additionally there is zero utensils or napkins available in the lobby. Not even a space for them. It's not that it's unstocked, there's no place to get napkins, utensils, salt, ketchup, etc without finding an employee. Spill a drink, or find an accident in the play area? Good luck, you are stuck with dribbling soda for 10 minutes while your child screams because there's no way for you to clean up. Unfortunately McDonald's has gone way too far in cost optimization and forgot there are still necessities to eating.

  This is probably the cleanest McDonald’s in the US, I say this after multiple cross and around country trips. The restroom is impeccable and well stocked, including paper towels. They appears to be a children’s area of the dining room in the front with separate clear glass doors to the restaurant with additional tables in that area. They even had people coming to greet the tables and asking about condiments and refills. I’m amazed and astonished and I never thought I’d feel that way after grabbing a quick sit down for a treat of fries and a soda at McDonald’s.

  I last reviewed this location 3 years ago “Cash only AND exact change after midnight…” but that may have been resolved since then, not sure. However, eating IN this restaurant is a nightmare. It’s filthy inside, and the kiosks aren’t straight forward to navigate. Food is anything but fast and we waited over 15 minutes. They also don’t have any way to refill your drinks and there is no way to get staff attention. There aren’t even napkins anywhere. No condiments, nothing. What a terrible experience. Also, seriously who leaves their mess like this for others to clean up?
