- PWPatrick WJun 5, 20261.0I love my coffee, so was excited to try this new place in town. I had never had Dutch Bros before. I will say that the service was quick and upbeat; however, I will not be going back. As other reviewers have noted, the coffee itself lacked any real flavor. Also, the cream and sugar is all behind their counter, so you can't directly control how much goes into your cup. But more importantly and disappointingly, they wouldn't use my reusable coffee mug! They made the coffee in their own throw-away cup, then poured it into my reusable mug. That is negligently wasteful! By refusing to use customers' reusable mugs, they are literally creating pounds and pounds of unnecessary garbage!
- KKKrisJun 1, 20261.0Worse coffee experience in Lafayette. I ordered two coffees with cream and was told they just had Americano. Ordered two with cream and got one. Said you forgot one and when I got they both were missing cream. Took them back and she added. They both were extremely watered down. I mentioned to the barista they tasted watered down and she said I can add a half prder of espresso for 4$. That would have made my coffee 7.50. We left both full drinks on the table and I immediately did this review. I would have been better off at the gas station across the street. I will not return. The workers didn't even care that we left dissatisfied.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
