I always order the exact same bowl, and at this point I know a lot of the staff. They all recognize me, and I've never had an issue until recently. Over the last few months, there's been a new guy working the rice station. I always ask for three generous scoops of rice because it's my favorite part of the bowl, and it's never been a problem with anyone else. This guy, however, absolutely refuses to do it. I have to ask for more rice five or six times, and even then he still doesn't give me what I've requested. On top of that, he's consistently rude about it and makes me feel like I'm inconveniencing him just for asking. I gave him the benefit of the doubt at first, thinking maybe he was just having a bad day. But after this has happened three or four different times, it's clear this is just how he treats customers. He has single-handedly ruined what used to be one of our favorite places to eat. We haven't been back because of these repeated experiences. It's disappointing that one employee can drive away loyal customers. Like I said, we've been coming here for years and have spent thousands of dollars at this location. We even had Chipotle cater our wedding. I'm not writing this because of a few scoops of rice—I'm writing this because of the poor attitude and customer service we've repeatedly experienced. Please do something about this. We'd love to come back, but not if we're going to be treated this way every time we order. Thanks.
