  Terrible experience. Got take out, my order was wrong, and unfortunately this was not the first time it has happened at this location. It’s extremely frustrating to keep paying for food and not get what was actually ordered. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. I also went through the Chipotle website chat to get help, and it was completely useless. It just felt like I was stuck in an AI loop without any real support or resolution. I was directed to the website for help, but that process did not solve anything. Overall, this location has been consistently disappointing. There seems to be very little attention paid to getting orders right, and the lack of customer service makes the situation even worse.

  I have been to a lot of chipotle and this has been the worst one I’ve been to every time I’ve been there It’s been a horrible experience. The last time I went I saw a piece of mold in the cheese I pointed it out, and the employee said it was nothing and threw it in the trash. Every time Ive been to this chipotle they are very inconsistent with the portion sizes and the cleanliness.

  literally did an online order and it looked like someone took a chunk out of it. I had never been to this chipotle so maybe this is normal but at every other chipotle I usually am very happy with how much food is in it. This is so disappointing especially for how much I paid.

  My husband and myself were finally able to get out of the house yesterday... after a few weeks of illness going through the house. We chose to eat Chipotle. Bomb right?? Yeah, a few people ahead of us. Of course I love to leave reviews so I'm looking around thinking its pretty dope..... then I hear the people in front of us saying.. " why does she keep staring at everyone like that." So of course I observe..... hildilda, was the name is was given, when checking out. Through the process of the line she was disrespectfully staring at the people finishing their orders. Like I couldn't even begin to tell you the rudeness in this glare. It was every customer. I really dont think thats a great front line worker to have representing Chipotle. We wont be back. There was a boy working.... junior or julian was the name i was given... " nobody" was wearing name tags. He was very respectful, helpful... didnt rush!!! Happy.... that one needs a raise! So get more people like him.... till then Chipotle.

  I just returned home from visiting your location, and our order was completely incorrect. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. The person who answered said, “I am the manager, what do you need?” in a very dismissive tone. When I asked for his name, he repeated, “What do you need,” instead of identifying himself. This interaction was extremely unprofessional. I need someone who is professional and cares about customer service to contact me as soon as possible.
