  I ordered a quesadilla and a large side of guacamole. They didn’t fill the guac up all the way, then dumped all of the side for the quesadilla in the bag as they put it in. Didn’t notice it until I got home.

  We usually order here but this evening we got our online order and the bag was ripped open. I am assuming it was an employee who added one last item. The burrito had smashed my burrito bowl and kids meals. The burrito was open and I wasn't sure it was sanitary. When we took the food home, my burrito bowl had weird chunks of pepper and onions. Usually they're cut up but these were round and looked nasty. My girlfriend's burrito was all ripped up and fell apart, she had to use a fork. Normally this is a good store, but not this trip. I won't be giving a tip again until I know the food is good.

  First and last time at this chipotle. I’m very sensitive to spice 🌶️ and my husband told the lady 3 times to ensure it wasn’t spicy and she said it wasn’t. He comes home and my mouth is on fire. I have almost an allergic reaction to spice. So now he has to drive back to get it fixed. She said it wasn’t spicy multiple times but that wasn’t truthful. Really pissed— you should take spiciness serious. 🤦‍♀️

  It pains me to write this review… I work down the street and come to this Chipotle at least once per week on lunch break. I would consider myself a loyal chipotle’er, specifically to this location. Outside of my lunch breaks I never go to Chipotle. Everything has been dandy for many months, however over the last month, the past three times I have come have been disappointing to say the least. I walk out feeling robbed, and genuinely dissatisfied… so much so that I am writing my very first food review ever. I ALWAYS get a bowl, extra chicken and it always rang up at $18.78. However the last three times, when I ask for extra chicken, instead of an additional normal sized scoop (like they have always done for the last 5 months) they barely dip the scoop in and give me the daintiest portion probably equivalent to 1/5th of a scoop and then have the audacity to charge me $21.89 (when did the price go up?? For LESS CHICKEN?). The straw that broke me today was this exact scenario, except the poor lady serving me (no shade I’m sure this is a corpo overlord move) looks up, can read my face, and literally says “I’m sorry, I promise this is actually extra chicken”. Enormous bruh moment. We are truly living in the collapse. Hold your loved ones tight, and your memories of the old Chipotle tighter. The food didn’t even come up half way to the edges of the bowl….. sigh…

  i wanna preface this by saying i don’t leave reviews on google often. i’m truly pretty upset. i ordered online and they missed more than half of my ingredients. basically skipped the salsa portion of items is what it looks like. i got chicken tacos with salsa, lettuce and cheese. received these today- no salsa, lettuce or cheese. i can honestly say i’ve never had a worse experience with a chipotle anywhere.
