  Just ordered here, went in used the keyosk thing, connected my app account, ordered, and payed at the counter. However when we got home to eat one burger was so greasy and nasty the box and bag were falling apart, they forgot the extra onions on the other burger, and the worst part is they forgot the bacon on BOTH double bacon quarter pounders w/cheese! How do you forget bacon on a sandwich with bacon in the name not once but twice? Normally I dont complain but this time its just ridiculous 🤦‍♀️

  Waiting 20+ minutes to get a curbside order is INSANE. I ordered ahead. Ive never waited more than 5 minutes for my orders elsewhere. Drive thru was mildly busy, but again, thats why I ordered ahead. Won't be back.

  My wife left her wallet in the bathroom only place we went so we knew it was there!! We had family help try to find it so between us all we asked if they found it about 5 times between calls and in person! they told us all no! When my wife showed up the manager andrew was very disrespectful and rude to her! He brought up 4 dudes to tell her “we told you already that we don’t have it. You can leave!” So we called the cops and the La Junta police showed up and magically the wallet was found after the cop asked for it?!?! they are thieves and liars Andrew needs to be fired!!

  I get breakfast here a lot, and it has gotten to the point lately that I can tell who is handing the food through the window by how slowly the line goes. She gives out the wrong food, bags missing food, misses the ketchup, no napkins, no straws. Just a bit too sure that she knows her job, but she’s making way too many mistakes. Getting very annoying and old.
