This restaurant never disappoints. Came here to the Loveland centerra bonefish grill to celebrate a graduation. Food was cooked to perfection but what made it even better was our wonderful server. Tori was professional and fun, attentive and made our dining experience enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience, and a huge part of that was my server, Shannon. The food was fantastic, but Shannon truly made the visit special. She was incredibly friendly, gave us some laughs, very knowledgeable about the menu, and took the time to make a great recommendation. Wow, she nailed it! I ordered the Barell filet and lobster tail, and it was absolutely amazing! Well worth the price! I won’t just be coming back for the food, but I will definitely be requesting Shannon next time. Outstanding service all around!!!

My best girlfriend and I met here tonight for a girl’s night out since our husbands were both away. We had a great time! We did not make a reservation as it was on a whim!…But… on a Friday night at 5:45 there were only seats available at the bar…which were also full. A SUPER WONDERFUL attendant, Jackie, noticed us right away and seated us at a table as soon as it was available in the bar. She was AWESOME! Our waiter, Rob was very attentive as well! Food was exceptional, cooked perfectly, and brought to us hot. We were slow, but they took their time with us. THANK YOU SO MUCH for such a great evening being served! We both really needed that tonight! ♥️

Lunch Thursday 4/23/26 Fish & Chips; The fish was so thin that it explained why the breading was as thick as KFC extra-crispy. I had to soak it with malt vinegar just to pierce it with a fork. My tiny portion of coleslaw was limp, smelled & tasted bad. My salad had greens that I would have trashed if I found them in my refrigerator. The Bang Bang Shrimp was too skimpy to share. One of my friends order a chicken dish that was so tough she could only saw through half of the tough fillet before she gave up on it. When Bonefish opened its doors in Loveland years ago, I was an appreciative patron. Then things started sliding into the weeds and I gave up going there for about five years. Recently, I gave it another try and had two very good meals until last Thursday. I can no longer recommend or patronize this restaurant when the quality is inconsistent and exceptionally bad as it was Thursday. My advice - get it straight or give it up.

We went for dinner and havent been in awhile so we were excited to go. I made reservations online a day prior because it was Friday Night and places get busy. We showed up 15 mins early and we're able to get right in. We were a party of two and they put us at a table around large parties. Which not a big deal but they had plenty of booths available. We started with an appetizer of cheese crab dip and chips. It arrived and it was okay. The chips were the best part. The dip was okay. We then ordered a dish to share which included , AHI tuna, mango grilled shrimp, a smoked salmon and another o cant remember but had chimchurri with it. The tuna was the best but the shrimp was dry and had no seasoning the mango salad on top didnt even have a taste. The other fish lacked flavor. We didnt even finish any of them. They were super lack luster and had not even a hint of flavpr even salt. Our sides were " premium " so we payed extra . We got the potatoes A gruetin and they were not what we expected but just chunks of potatoes that were mushy and in a weird sauce. Our other side was the fried cauliflower in a terrioky ginger sauce. I guess when j think fried I think crispy. They were mushy and had a strange mayo taste to them. I ate a few but left the rest. The best thing about the meal was the bread and that was free. Needless to say we wont be going back and we left everything behind and we usually always take the leftovers home. A super disappointing meal and honestly have no desire to go back. The service was okay, our waiter talked to fast to really understand and was quiet. Different people brought our food and maybe I should I spoken up but sometimes its hard when everything is just bad.
