They missed two items agin this week and not even willing to give me refund. Homero was so rude and asked to bring back the food, driving 40 minutes back there (we were driving home with kids) to give refund for the items the order was missing. When we asked about the previous refund he said it is their company policy that we have to bring the food back to get refund for missing items. Never had such an experience and rude behavior from any other Wingstop.

They also misspelled my name as "Abren" instead of "Avery." The staff appeared to have difficulty communicating in English, which made the experience more frustrating. There were only two employees working, so I understand they may have been understaffed, but the overall service suffered because of it. On top of that, the floors were sticky and didn't seem very clean. I hope management can improve staffing, cleanliness, and customer service because this visit did not meet my expectations.

Walking in thre late tonight and they were cleaning up and he still made sure my order was taken care of and above and beyond. I’ll say it once and I’ll say it again. Give this guy a raise! Nothing better than a good guy that cares about the customer and works his butt off for customers that can’t always be on time. Shoutout Homero!!!!!!!!
