- LDLinda Downs2 days ago3.0My unhappiness is not with the web page. My dissatisfacti9on is wih the fact that the regular chocolate chip cookies are not on sale nearly often enough. I am forced to shop more at King Soopers since their chocolate chip cookies which are not as good are so much cheaper. Safeway might see people shopping at their stores far more often if their cookies did not cost so far much more than those at Kings. Please give that some serious thought.

This isn’t an isolated incident—it’s become the expectation. I finally mentioned it to the manager, Justin, and the response was complete indifference. If this is the level of customer service management is willing to tolerate, it’s no surprise the store is filthy and looks like basic upkeep has been abandoned. There are plenty of places to buy groceries. If you expect customer service, clean facilities, or management that actually cares when something goes wrong, I’d shop somewhere else.
