  This place has gone down hill. Fpod service was absolutely horrible. Took 45 minutes to get water and soda, games are horrible, staff are running around everywhere but you can't get anyone to do anything to speed along getting food, and it wasn't even that busy. Staff walked right around me for 10 minutes while I waited to speak to someone about our drinks. Very disappointing!

  A complete rip-off. Paid $60/person expecting the advertised bowling, laser tag, climbing, and free sodas. Only basic arcade games were actually included. Everything else was an extra charge, we had to pay for our sodas, and the server even tried to bill us for our complimentary meals. Terrible experience and awful customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere.

  I want to take a moment to recognize Maya for the incredible job she did helping us with my son’s party at Main Event. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was organized, smooth, and memorable. Maya was kind, patient, professional, and truly cared about making my son’s special day amazing. She didn’t just do her job, she took the time to listen, answer questions, help with every detail, and make sure our family felt welcomed and taken care of. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness made such a difference. What stood out the most was how much pride Maya took in her work. She treated our party like it mattered, and because of her effort, my son and our family were able to enjoy the day without worrying about the little details. She created an experience that we will remember for a long time. I truly hope her supervisors and the leadership team recognize what a valuable employee they have in Maya. Employees like her are the reason customers leave happy and choose to come back. She represents Main Event with excellence, compassion, and professionalism. Thank you, Maya, for making my son’s celebration so special. You deserve to be recognized and appreciated for everything you did!

  DO NOT BUY THE ALL YOU CAN PLAY ACTIVITY PASS!! First off, the listing for the pass was DECEPTIVE. I bought my kid and I an activity pass because it listed Bowling, Anti-Gravity, Laser Tag, Human Crane, and Billiards as the activities. My kid REALLY wanted the human crane game. HOWEVER, after purchasing the passes for $60, they informed us that human crane game is the ONLY activity listed the pass doesnt cover!! No one told us this prior to buying the ticket and it didnt tell you this on the description, not even in fine print. We had no way to know human crane wasn't covered. We dejectedly walked to the skyline game... MAYBE playing this would make us feel better!! BUT the worker said NOPE we had to wait 20 minutes for the next one. We tried to get into laser tag, they said we had to wait 30 MINUTES and if we did anti gravity, we'd miss the slot and have to wait ANOTHER 30 MINUTES. We tried bowling but the lanes were all full, with an hour wait! The only thing left was billiards but my kid was too small to do that. BY THE WAY this was 1pm on a MONDAY. Like, what the heck, it's not even peak busy hours! At this point we basically paid $60 FRICKIN DOLLARS to just stand there and stare at the arcade games we couldn't play, with absolutely nothing to do. What a complete waste of money!! We played laser tag once and asked them to sign us up for the soonest laser tag again but they said a birthday party group had reserved the next time slot so we had to wait almost an hour AGAIN. REMINDER: I payed $60 for this 😭😭 and WHY DOES A BIRTHDAY GROUP HAVE THE POWER TO STOP US FROM PLAYING GAMES WE PAID FOR?? At least they should warn customers BEFORE we buy a pass! After complete boredom and a kid's tantrum later, we finally got to play the anti gravity game. At this point it had been over 2 hours. We barely did anything and went home sad and feeling like we both wasted money and our time. The employees did not try to help us out when we complained and repeatedly asked to play the activities, after waiting for so long. The arcade games are 100% more worth the money and time, no wonder most people do the arcade and not the activities!

  I really enjoyed coming here! They were incredibly accommodating to my large group, which made the whole experience stress-free from the start. There are so many different things to do, whether you’re in the mood for laser tag, bowling, arcade games, or just relaxing while watching a sports game. It’s a great place for groups because there’s something for everyone. The drinks were also surprisingly good and reasonably priced compared to other entertainment venues. One of my favorite things is that after 11 p.m. on weekends, it’s 21+. It gives adults a chance to let their inner child out, play the games, and enjoy the atmosphere without it being overrun by kids. The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our visit. The entire venue is bright, lively, and full of energy, making it a fun place to spend an evening. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun night out with friends or family.
