We love this restaurant, and either dine in or order take out. They have phenomenal food, however recently they added delivery fees of $5.99 which is very disappointing as they were our go to for local takeout at low/no fees. It would make sense if it was based on distance like it was prior (closer = cheaper or free) and now it feels like a money grab 🥲 I called to confirm and the lady on the phone was extremely nice about it, but it's just not worth the extra for takeout anymore. We will still dine in occasionally of course, but very sad about the added fees ($6 is crazy for how close we are) . Other restaurants in the area only charge $3 or $4 for delivery and they are 3x as far away where it makes sense to charge.

Terrible food! My husband ordered the chicken pot pie. The gravy was floury and tasteless, the chicken was overcooked and chewy. I ordered the Thai chicken salad. The chicken was so chewy that it was mostly inedible. The dressing was ok but there were supposed to be peanuts in it and there were none in sight. The greens in the salad were fresh but that’s the best I can say. We won’t be back.

First off I want to say I love the food here. Always is fresh when we eat in and order delivery (which travels well)
Had the worst service here recently. Server was on another planet. These things happen but server took no accountability. Spoke to a manager on the way out who didn’t seem to care either. We order from here about once a week takeout and once a month sit down. Will think twice before we give this establishment our business again

This was our first time visiting a Lazy Dog and it was INCREDIBLE! We had Dustin as our server and he truly made our experience wonderful. We were there for Mother's Day and he went above and beyond to make it special. Every person we came in contact with was friendly, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was fun. We will be back for sure!

The service was incredible and friendly, this was our first time here so they gave us some complimentary chips and everything was delicious. Then we waited over 20 minutes for our food after we finished the appetizers. I ordered a side salad and it came out, looked great, but tasted exactly like fridge. I couldn't get over the smell and taste of it, it never went away. We eventually got our food, my meatloaf was warm and delicious. My husband ordered a bison burger, and it was cold. Not like it gradually gets cold but cold to the touch and the inside was cold. We NEVER have brought up a food concern while eating out, we're not picky, but he couldn't eat a cold burger. We didn't want to be "Karens" but we had to say something. Our waiter was very understanding, took it off the bill, and brought another bison burger out. This time it only took about 5 ish minutes. Excited, my husband took a bite, immediately put it back down. It was cold, again. The burger was cold to the touch like touching an ice cube.
We were so disappointed after seeing all the good reviews and the friendly service but how can a burger come out cold, twice. At this point we gave up, paid, and left. We even offered to pay for the burger since it was taken off the bill but our waiter insisted, we hate complaining about food but we had to say something.
