    Wish I could say this was a better experience, but unfortunately it wasn’t. The food was fine, and the restaurant itself was clean, but the service left a lot to be desired. I stopped by this location to pick up sandwiches for my kids. It was a last-minute decision, and while I did leave a tip, it wasn’t a large one. The staff clearly seemed unhappy about that, and their attitude reflected it. From the moment I paid, I was met with nothing but indifference and hostility. At one point, I was even told, “If you need a bag or napkins, you can get them yourself.” I understand that tipping culture can be frustrating. I’ve worked in the service industry myself and spent time as a waiter earning below minimum wage because tips were expected to make up the difference. Believe me, I know how disappointing it can be when a customer doesn’t tip well—or doesn’t tip at all. However, I never took that frustration out on customers. Being rude to someone because of the amount they tipped makes no sense, and it’s certainly not going to encourage them to come back or tip more in the future. What makes this even more disappointing is that a quick search of nearby job postings shows Jimmy John’s locations in the area paying minimum wage or higher. While I couldn’t find an opening specifically for this location, nearby stores appear to offer wages above the traditional tipped-worker rate. I’ve included screenshots below for reference. At the end of the day, customers should be treated with respect regardless of how much they tip. Good service earns loyalty and repeat business. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here.

    Came in and it appeared there were two people working, a young girl making sandwiches and working the register and a man in the back (Named Caden I believe). The girl was working hard and fast to take care of the line while also making sandwiches while the manager could be seen sitting down on his phone scrolling social media. He only got up to check on her after all the work was done. I’m in awe of the lack of leadership and how this man is most likely making double what the girl makes and wasn’t even doing a 1/4 of the work she was. This Caden gentleman is the reason the wage gap exists and why women resent men.

    Leaving a 0 star review is not possible unfortunately. My experience with this specific JJ’s was beyond poor. First off, the meat was gray & very bad smelling. I watched a piece of Saran wrap (?) be dropped on the floor AND REUSED. After I brought it up, it was promptly thrown away however the excuse I was given was “we don’t have the money for more”. That is not my problem, nor the employees problem… that is a management & overall corporation problem. Not to mention the attitude of a woman with blonde hair there was incredibly poor to every single customer; I understand bad days happen however it should never be taken out on us. When I asked for no tomato’s, I watched them put it in the sandwich. I asked again “hey I’m so sorry please no tomato’s” & received a snap back of “it comes with tomato’s you should have mentioned that earlier that’s not my problem” when I JUST DID 30 seconds ago.Overall vibes just incredibly poor & the food, like I said, has got to be bad because the entire place smelt horrendous. River was a lovely employee however, she did do her best to help myself & other customers.

    Watched these 2 losers do absolutely nothing for at least an hour while I ate… as their 3rd coworker (not pictured) did all the work & never stopped working. Kudos to that that 3rd person. But these guys make this place look hopelessly pathetic.
