He made sure I had utensils and plenty of napkins, and he was friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The entire team deserves recognition, especially Cook Allen. The food was absolutely delicious—everything was fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly. Honestly, it was so good I almost ate the wrapper! 😂 Huge shoutout to Alan, Cook Allen, and the whole Five Guys team. Customer service and food were both phenomenal. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I don’t mind waiting when there’s a reasonable expectation set, but a wait that much longer than what was quoted is frustrating. Hopefully the service improves, because the wait time definitely took away from the experience.

The person taking our order couldn't get it correct. Very frustrating since we were the only customers in line ordering. The food didn't taste all that fresh which is odd since they're supposed to cook to order. No paper towels in the ladies room. When I brought it to someone's attention, they had a hard time comprending what I was saying. Honestly, the only positive to say about this visit was that they had great tunes playing inside (yet nothing outdoors like most location). Not exactly what I went there for.
