I told the cashier to please cancel the order, only to be told they couldn't do that in store. We would have to do it on the app ourselves. Only there in NO where on the app to cancel your order. I called the store and they told me I had to call the customer support line. When I did that no one answered and I was told to leave l the customer service email and someone would get back to me. All this for an order they couldn't fill. It is utterly ridiculous. Horrible Horrible business model!!!
