  Place has horrible ventilation and noise. This has to be an osha issue for sure!!!

  Tess (or Jess, her name tag seemed to say Tess) was extremely kind and caring at the register 05/13/26. She’s very amazing! The employees today (Heather, Lucy, and Summer) we’re doing a truly amazing job and preparing the food with care. The location has delicious options and Einsteins is a great place to go for especially bagel fans and cinnamon roll fans.

  Incredibly slow. And they managed to mess up my easiest order. Three sliced bagel with one cream cheese on the side. One of the bagel was wrong and no cream cheese after waiting.

  So slow....waited 20 minutes for the staff to bag a dozen bagels. Not cut, not toasted. Just put the bagels in the bag. Totally ridiculous.
