  Haven't had Chipotle in a long time so my wife and I decided to go give them a try. Arrived and ordered my food and while I was ordering I asked for extra barbacoa and the female server looked at me and said that's going to be extra....which i already knew. The reason I asked for extra cause that was the smallest amount of barbacoa I have ever seen in any burrito anywhere! I got my extra barbacoa and guacamole and ordered my drinks with a container of their cilantro sauce. Filled my cups and left to eat dinner at home. Sat down and started eating and immediately started to chew on rock hard rice and the rice was pretty much rock hard. I tried to pull out as much rice as I could to salvage my meal. After removing the rice, I started to eat what was left and found a couple of pieces of bones in the barbacoa! So never coming here again! The best part was the drinks we got and the sauce. I'd rather eat elsewhere that has real Mexican cooks.

  Went into get dinner tonight on September 21st I almost didn’t order my food the prep area where they make your food was so dirty food all over the place food was all over the counter where the register was. Very disappointed how can you serve food to the public when your food prep area looks filthy. I’m definitely not going back. I realize a lot of businesses are short handed but come on when you’re serving food it needs to look presentable and clean !!!! So disappointed

  Order here every once in awhile as they are close and convenient to where I work. Today I picked up my order and went back to work when opening up the bag the burrito was a size of a taco bean burrito it was also missing Guacamole. When charging someone 3$ to add you a burrito you should probably make sure it is on the order. Also not sure it the portions changed but when charging someone 17 for a burrito it shouldn’t look like a value menu item from Taco Bell. People work hard for there money and to charge that much and give that little says a lot of the company about the owner of this location. Me and my co workers will no longer contribute to this location and potentially the company.

  I almost ingested soemthing that was wood that looked like a black bean. When I tried to eat I felt something extremely hard and pulled out this. I couldn’t even cut it with a knife. Absolutely disgusting. I can’t even believe I had to make a post like this from almost eating something that isn’t edible…

  This was my worst experience visiting a Chipotle, which is unusual given that I can't think of ever having a negative experience at one prior. Mobile ordered two burritos around 6:20-30pm on 9/2 for a 6:50pm pickup. They were not ready until 7:21pm, over a half hour late. A half dozen people were in line in front of me at the mobile pickup counter and were complaining they had been told by employees the wait time was going to be 20-30 minutes more despite being past their pickup times. Clearly staff was drowning in orders and far from being able to keep up. Some customers in front of me canceled their orders. The whole kitchen area was a mess. Receipt tape and trash was overflowing the can behind the counter; employees were kicking it around as they shuffled past the trash. The prep area where they cut meat had chunks of meat, shredded cheese, and who knows what else all over the counter. There were stacks of steam trays all over. I attached a few photos. Unfortunately the camera zoom wasn't sufficient to fully capture it. The employee who was prepping mobile orders kept going over to the main cash register and entering stuff, while wearing his food prep gloves. Aren't employees supposed to get new gloves after touching the register, as whoever is working the register is also handling cash? The employees all seemed to be working hard. They were just drowning in orders, short staffed, poorly managed, and were clearly cutting corners but still unable to keep up. One lady was complaining she'd submitted an order at 2pm and it was 20-40 minutes from being ready. At minimum, management needs to limit mobile orders to what the staff can reasonably manage, and maybe better streamline the mobile order flow. The guy at the mobile pickup line was spending half of his time putting stickers on everything instead of prepping food. Sticker on each burrito. Sticker on the receipt onto the bag. Sticker to seal the bag. All this just to hand it to someone who was impatiently waiting. Save the stickers for if it's a mobile delivery service or if the customer isn't waiting and you need to shelve the bag. The food itself was ok. It was light on the meat, but had enough cheese to keep the Dominos across the street supplied for a couple days. (Seriously - I watched the guy put like two more fistfuls on after the first).
