- SGSally Grant3 days ago2.0I’ve been into this location 4 times now and this was probably my last. Every single time I’ve come in, it’s been post lunch rush. No wait, no line, and no other customers in the store. Somehow, every single time, I end up standing there awkwardly, ignored for 5 or 6 minutes while employees yell and laugh and joke around. This time was probably the most frustrating as I tried to get someone’s attention and literally made EYE CONTACT with multiple employees as they continued to ignore me. The food is great, portions are fair for the price, but the service is just so godawful that I’d rather drive out of the way to a different chipotle location or go actually anywhere else.

There were 3 employees cooking, 1 employee putting together delivery orders and 1 employee doing everything else. Within a few minutes of me arriving, a long line was building up behind me because this lone employee was running the whole counter AND acting as cashier. Not her fault, obviously, but it points to some very poor management. I probably won't go to this location again.

The glass over the food was filthy, lots of dirty tables, and lots of flies and small bugs flying around. I was there at 3:00, so it wasn’t busy, and it seemed as though there was plenty of staff. This is just unacceptable for any establishment, but particularly one that serves food.
