  Very pleased with my dine-in experience tonight. I typically post when I am extremely pleased or extremely disappointed. I have been extremely disappointed with the other Chipotle locations in this area. This is the only location that I will go to in the Highlands Ranch area. The young ladies working this evening, 8/14 were extremely friendly and actually listen to your request when preparing your meal. Portions were spot-on and the meal was hot and fresh. Typically, I take my food to go because the dining room has been messy. Tonight it was inviting and worth sitting and enjoying my meal. Keep up the good work. 😀

  Food was alright i can understand they get busy but my order wasnt a lot just a burrito bowl and a quesadilla i asked the lady that she forgot my childs quesadilla and told me no she didnt although i checked twice and repeatedly told me it was going to be in my bag and never was.

  Not friendly, small portions on the rice beans and barbacoa. Asked for a little red sauce and got 2x the normal amount. The foil got passed over the grossness on the line so now the foil has smut all over the outside of it. The burrito is poorly wrapped as well. Got skipped somehow by the guy behind me in the line and the cashier did not seem to care at all about anything. No thanks no eye contact nothing. It's not usually this bad at this chipotle. But 6 people on the burrito line you'd think thwy could do alot better. Maybe the management could step up and give everyone better direction. Really shouldn't be that hard.

  Staff in such fast mode missing basic service. I wanted large chips and queso and got small and then lack of communication was notable - ok swap out chips on counter and oh well just give you 2 small ones. Main thing though…the reason I came to write a review which I never do …the women’s bathroom lock does not work - and the sink was disgusting; It’s clearly been sometime since that sink has been cleaned. And then there’s a note next with the Says 🍃 employees must watch hands. What are they washing their hands with that sink? It was just disgusting.

  After placing an online order for $85, we showed up a bit early to pick it up. We specifically asked if it would be faster to cancel the online order and order at the counter or wait for the online order. We were told to wait. 25 min. later they were out of rice. Meanwhile, literally dozens of people walked in and placed in-person orders. They all got their food, while we were told we would need to wait another 20 min for rice to cook. While a refund was offered, that process took 5 minutes and we walked out hungry with no food.
