However, there is one thing that feels a little off. My interaction with one of the co-workers, Shelly, has been very rude and not very polite. I understand everyone has bad days, but the way she speaks to customers can come across as disrespectful and makes the experience less enjoyable. Other than that, I’ve had a good experience overall and still really like Chick-fil-A.
- ABAbbey ButcherSep 24, 20261.0I entered the location just before 7:00 pm on 9/24/26. I was initially struck by the trash on the tables and the chairs that were not pushed in. It was pretty quiet in the restaurant and only two people were in line. All of the staff were behind the counter. My husband used to work for Chick Fil A so I'm well aware of the standards. When I placed my order Kate O spent more time talking to her teammates than she did to me. She never asked if I wanted my order for her or to go. I was not given a table tent. I was left wondering if my order was going to be brought to me or given to me in a bag. As I stood there trying to figure out my order I noticed the floor had spots and residue all over it. By now I'd been in there for about 10 minutes. I went to the bathroom while I waited. It was decent in there with the exception of there being no paper towels. This was interesting given a staff member was in the restroom when I entered having just gone on their break......"It's important to clock out before you use the restroom on your break." (this was the conversation as I stood waiting for my order. I passed several more dirty tables and walked on a dirty floor to and from the bathroom. When I returned the two people who ordered after me both received their food before me. I waited nearly 7 minutes ( a record long time) to get my food. It was served to me at the side counter on an in house tray. I informed the staff member (who was wearing the reflective gear from being outside) that the bathroom was out of paper towels and found my way to what felt like the lone clean table in the restaurant. As I sat down, I overheard the same staff member complaining about my bathroom report to her colleague. When I brought it up both staff members denied saying anything. I have now been in the establishment nearly two hours. Other than one employee who took the broom/dust pan behind the counter, not a single table has been wiped. The floor has not been mopped. Other than dropping off food not one staff member has checked in on a customer. At one point an employee stuffed cutlery bags on a dirty table and did not bother to wipe the table down prior to setting the items on the table. Teenage staff spent all of their time behind the counter talking to one another or to their friends who came in regularly. Some spent several minutes talking to multiple staff about how they didn't get hired past probation. One "guest" friend leaned back behind the counter. I did not see an actual adult the entire time I was in the restaurant (2 hours). I have never in my life been in a chick fil a with such poor service, that was so unclean, and had staff members be so rude. Staff were loudly discussing their bathroom habits. The main counter was empty at one point. At one point the whole place smelled of burning chemicals. When I left after 2 hours there were tables in disarray, the same trash that was present when I arrived remained on the dirty tables. As I went to leave I saw at least three team members eating food behind the counter and another team member eating at the drive through window. And based on how unclean it is I'm very concerned about the food that I consumed being appropriately prepared or handled with cleanliness.

It was attitude, glares and frustration. The problem was fixed fast. But I was spoken to like I dumb. “Ya I know” or saying to her and no response just a glare. I was just surprised least to say. When I asked when the price was right because I was being under charged I was just met with unkindness. Then I ended up over paying. They didn’t fix the original charge so I paid twice

I called and the only thing I could do is go back and get a replacement. I asked about a refund and was told I have to come into the store. So much for their high customer service. Never going back!!
