  I love the food at cava, like seriously it is usually so delicious but every time I come to this location, it never fails, everyone looks so incredibly miserable, both front and back staff. I honestly can’t help but think what atmosphere is being cultivated here that these people feel so unhappy at their job? It has honestly become just to be expected that there will be no hospitality or any sort of joy when I come in. It kind of sucks to be honest but the food is usually always good so I keep returning.

  Came in on my way home not really knowing what I wanted. Dan was behind the counter and instead of rushing me he asked what I usually go for and pointed me toward the Harissa Chicken Power Bowl. Solid call. The white sweet potatoes are the move and the Crazy Feta pulled it all together. Portions were generous and everything tasted fresh. Dan made the whole thing easy. Friendly, patient, no attitude even with a line behind him. Five stars, and I'll be back.

  I just ate at the Cava today and it was so fresh, filling, and tasty! I love the bowls and all of the flavors. I also had great customer service from their team member Hailey. She helped me pick the perfect sauce for my bowl and I love the green drink she recommended too. My new favorite lunch spot!

  I usually never write reviews but in this case it’s necessary. I went to get a steak and harissa bowl for myself and a drink. They were out of bowls which is completely understandable. Instead the employees were using the kids meal trays, which is acceptable. What isn’t acceptable was that I was charged full price for half of what I should be getting. The kids portions hold much less food than the bowls do. I believe others along with me who ordered those sized portions shouldn’t be charged full price when they are getting practically half of what they ordered. I work in the food industry and understand that times can be difficult when short on inventory, but many other people and I weren’t given what we paid for. I still enjoyed the food, just disappointed about the price considering the situation.

  Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience from start to finish. The employees serving us seemed completely miserable. I understand everyone has bad days, but they were rude, disengaged, and lacked even basic friendliness or customer service. The food was even more disappointing. I ordered a steak bowl, and the steak was cold, tough, and had the texture of rubber. It was honestly difficult to eat. I also paid $3 for a fountain drink, but the ice machine was empty. I understand that happens when a restaurant is busy, so it wasn't a huge deal at first. However, after I finished my meal, I asked an employee if they could refill the ice. They told me it would be filled "in just a second," so I went back to my table and waited. After about eight minutes, there was still no ice, and I ended up leaving with a warm drink. Between the unfriendly service, poor-quality food, and lack of follow-through on a simple request, this was easily one of the worst experiences I've had at CAVA. I won't be returning to this location
