- JMJohn Garrett MainMay 12, 20265.0I think they just retrained and/or rehired the whole staff. I literally never leave reviews for fast food because I think they’re pointless, but I am shook. We’ve been going to this Taco Bell for years and they made our food perfect. 100% accurate to order and I’ve never had such beautiful Taco Bell. It took less than 10 minutes to get our food and the staff were nice. Whatever they just did worked very well, this Taco Bell must be protected at all costs, it is sacred now.

We normally pick up 5 meals total because there are members of our family that are handicapped and can not make it in. The staff always seems to accommodate except for today! The young man told us one per person and then watched us walk away and out the door with our money spent at another restaurant nextdoor for the nights dinner. Shame tacobell does not teach better customer service skills and let money walk out the door today! And well maybe from now on!

She should know alot of people understand Spanish and its her job to help customers
