The hospitality was awesome. The server was very friendly, he made sure to give me a military discount without me, even asking, And I will always choose this place over that other burger joint that smell smells like peanuts.

What I didn’t expect was some of the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. Daniel was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond from the moment I walked in and made what should have been a simple fast casual meal feel like genuine hospitality. Friendly, attentive, personable, and just someone who clearly takes pride in how he treats people. It’s honestly refreshing to see this level of service still exists, especially somewhere you wouldn’t necessarily expect it. I’ve eaten at $100 a plate steak restaurants and received less attentive service than Daniel gave me at Smashburger. After a long day, something as simple as being treated exceptionally well can completely change your evening. Daniel did exactly that. Smashburger, take care of this guy. He’s doing customer service right.

I don’t even really like chicken strips, but they were really fresh and tasty. And the burger and fries were really good too. The restaurant was clean and customer service was pretty good, although it was limited since you just order at a kiosk. They forgot one of our items when they brought our food, but quickly brought it out when we noted that it was missing.
