- MAmaximus Arteliry4 days ago1.0I place an order online and drive out of my way to the location because it was the nearest. They claim my order is ready and upon arrival I'm informed there's no more burgers, at 12:15pm on a Saturday. This establishment cannot even perform the actual job they are literally tasked to do: MAKE BURGERS! I'm also informed they cannot refund my transaction but the manager Leo writes $20 on the back of a gift card but doesn't actually put money on it at the register. Not only must i trust that they'll honor a card that anyone can write $20 on, but I MUST use it at that location.

- MMMooreApr 24, 20261.0Very rude man who was preparing orders at the speed of molasses while complaining about a manager in front of the customers. He has poor communication skills and instead of using his words, he made random hand gestures and then ignored me when I said I wasn’t sure what he meant. He was upset that I was standing in the area that says “Pick up orders” to pick up an order. I was the only one he gestured to move and later there were other people standing there whom he didn’t attempt to move. Order took an extremely long time as well. It seems like this particular staff member was frustrated with a manager and took it out on the customers by doing his work incredibly slowly and having a rude attitude towards customers and staff. Unprofessional behavior!

Waited for at least 5 minutes without being acknowledged even though there were at least 4 employees behind the counter. The line started growing and finally an employee came to assist. Lack of enthusiasm, “I don’t want to be here” attitude. Waited for almost 30 minutes to get a burger. Simply incredible given that in most sit down restaurants I would probably have received and eaten my meal by then!
