It’s been 20 minutes and I’m still waiting on a regular burger while she is done eating…overall bad experience. Should’ve just asked for a refund. The $4 off of $20 purchase or more card won’t cut it.

He was super awesome, friendly, apologetic, and went well above and beyond. My initial review was 1 star and to be fair given how great Andrew was to interact with, i felt they earned a full 5 stars. He deserves recognition. ORIGINAL BELOW: I place an order online and drive out of my way to the location because it was the nearest. They claim my order is ready and upon arrival I'm informed there's no more burgers, at 12:15pm on a Saturday. This establishment cannot even perform the actual job they are literally tasked to do: MAKE BURGERS! I'm also informed they cannot refund my transaction but the manager Leo writes $20 on the back of a gift card but doesn't actually put money on it at the register. Not only must i trust that they'll honor a card that anyone can write $20 on, but I MUST use it at that location.
