An employee working near the front counter was eating pieces of the pre-cooked bacon that appeared to be used for burger preparation, picking it up with his bare hands and eating it while standing in the food-prep area. He then continued talking to another employee who was preparing customers’ food while he was still chewing. What bothered me most was that he clearly saw me watching this happen. With how expensive eating out has become, I expect basic food-handling standards, especially when a burger and fries can easily approach $25-$30. Watching an employee eat directly from prepared ingredients with his hands and then stand over the food-preparation area while chewing was enough for me to walk out. I can’t speak to what normally happens at this location, only what I personally witnessed today, but it completely changed my mind about eating here.

Hoping that changes, but I did call the store after placing my order. Jason answered immediately and I explained the order was for my boss and could he PLEASE add ranch to my bag for my boss. Food showed up, ranch in tow. Thank you, Jason and the team! Cooked absolutely perfect and delicious. Thanks for being great.
- JEJanel EbelJul 31, 20262.0I have never had to wait almost and hour for my food. I walked in at 6:06 July 31 Didnt receive tell 6:45. waited almost 45 min for 2 burgers and 1 frie. Then when I finally got my order my burger was missing a topping. I have no clue why I had to wait so long for my food. Im not very happy, please do better.
