  Food gets one star because I ended up not getting any so I can’t rate it. Service gets a -100 (read below). And atmosphere gets a one because we came in well before closing but the outside sign was turned off as if they didn’t want to seem open so people wouldn’t come in. My friend and I come in, she orders first and pays. I am not acknowledged at all. Staff member makes her sandwich and then hands it to her to then just walk in the back. I am standing at the register this whole time, wallet in hand patiently waiting… After about a minute he comes back out and looks at me and my friend confused. I then start to order, the staff then steps back and dramatically huffs and puffs and then proceeds to ask who’s fault this is. “Is this mine or your fault for not being more known” something along those lines. And then says something about having to switch his gloves. I’m sorry but how is this my fault in the slightest? I was never acknowledged and you can just tell he was in a bad mood so I did not want to bother him anymore and didn’t order. I work in this industry and can’t fathom giving any customer attitude, no matter how I’m feeling on the inside. Anyways just moved to this area but will unfortunately not be back to this location nor will I recommend it 🤷‍♀️

  I bought a sandwich from here, and half of it had mayo, there was one slice of turkey on each half, and one slice of tomato. The sandwich was also only partially cut in half. Waste of money.

  I think the shop is scrimping on the meat. I've always ordered the standard size sandwich cut it in half and then transfer meat to existing half. When I first started doing it the meat would almost never fit within one roll. Now it easily fits doesn't even look like it's half of what it used to be. Just sayin'

  They’re good if you go inside but don’t order delivery from this location my order took over an hour to get to me and then the driver demanded a higher tip when he got here

  Never going to this location again. Something sketchy is going on with the employee when I was in there. Two different homeless guys were in the store in under 10min. One guy walked up on me while I was getting my sandwiches. Had I not been paying attention who knows what may have happened. Stay away from this JJ
