  I have been to multiple chipotles and I’ve never been to one like this. I do not recommend going here. The new manager is very disrespectful. My kids were here and they were just playing around outside. He went to them and threatened them to call the cops if they. Ever come on the property again. never coming here again

  I used to go there since 5 years and now there is a new manager. He is such a bad manager he accused me of being poor and told me I should not come to chipotle if I want to buy just a tortilla . He is a short man bald. Very disappointed

  We just picked up food tonight, and there was a new employee working who clearly seemed like he needed some help. Both of our meals had significantly less food than they normally do. I ordered double chicken and only received one scoop. The employee training him seemed more interested in leaning on the counter and avoiding work than actually helping him. On top of that, the cashier didn’t seem to know what we had ordered. You may want to keep a closer eye on the staff and make sure new employees are getting the proper training and support. I’m not trying to be difficult, but the experience tonight was noticeably different from what we normally receive.

  Consistent Quality Issues During Peak Hours I've visited this location three times during evening hours (7-8pm) and encountered the same problem each time - significantly reduced portions and scraped-clean containers. Instead of proactively informing customers about ingredient shortages, staff work around it by serving whatever remains. This isn't a one-time issue, it's become the norm for this time slot. Until they address inventory management and customer communication, I won't be returning.

  This is hands down the worst Chipotle I have ever stepped foot in. The service is absolutely terrible, the staff is rude and unhelpful, and the entire place looks like nobody gives a damn about doing their job. My last two visits have been complete disasters. On my previous visit, there was a promotion for extra meat. Nowhere in the promotion did it state that the purchase had to be made through the app, yet the manager decided she simply wasn’t going to honor it. When multiple customers questioned her about it, instead of trying to help or clarify the situation, she acted like we were inconveniencing her. There were several frustrated customers because of her attitude and complete lack of customer service. Today was somehow even worse. I ordered two burrito bowls, and they put maybe five pieces of chicken in mine. When I asked for the rest of the portion I had paid for, I was met with attitude and disgust, as though I was personally taking food off their plates. Apparently asking for the food you paid for is too much to ask at this location. Then came the salsa, cheese and sour cream. I specifically asked for items on the side, and somehow the employee still couldn’t manage to understand the difference between “on the side” and “on the burrito.” It is genuinely hard to comprehend how something that simple can be screwed up. And to top it all off, when I went to pay, the same manager gave me a sarcastic, backhanded “have a good day.” At that point, it was almost laughable. If you hate dealing with customers that much, maybe customer service isn’t the right job. The condition of the restaurant was just as bad as the service. Food and garbage were all over the floor, and the drink station looked like a four-year-old had been told to clean it and then gave up halfway through. The entire place looked filthy and neglected. I’ve never experienced a Chipotle this poorly managed. Bad food portions, rude employees, incompetent management, filthy conditions, and absolutely zero sense of customer service. This location clearly has no standards, and it shows. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. There are plenty of places that will at least give you the food you paid for without treating you like you’re a problem for asking for it.
