  To the Management Team, I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment regarding my visit to your Bellevue location in the DTC yesterday around 9:30 PM. I was there to pick up an order under the name Carol Lee, and the entire experience was a masterclass in incompetence. Right from the start, the food quality was abysmal, and the order itself was completely incorrect. To make matters worse, my chips were missing. Expecting a simple fix, I returned to the counter and spoke with a young male employee wearing glasses and speaking with a distinct accent. Instead of resolving the issue, he was profoundly unhelpful. He had no idea where my order was or the name attached to it. In a baffling display of poor customer service, he refused to hand over the chips that were missing, shockingly stating that I would have to buy more food just to receive them. Rather than apologizing for the restaurant's mistake, he decided to give me unwarranted attitude. Perhaps he was having a terribly bad day. Frankly, I would probably be mad too if I had to work at Chipotle, but taking out that frustration on a paying customer is entirely unprofessional. I paid $25 for poor-quality food I didn’t want, served with a side of blatant disrespect. It is astounding that you allow your staff to treat customers with such contempt while refusing to hand over items that have already been paid for. I expect this employee’s behavior to be addressed immediately, as this level of service is an absolute disgrace to your brand.

  When I went to the restroom I locked the door and one of the employee unlocked the door when I locked it and he came in and left I think that when a door is locked you should not go in there knock first and I didn’t feel comfortable at this location.

  I’ve always liked Chipotle for their bowls because they are really generous with their portions compared to their price. The staff are usually very welcoming and their food always tasted fresh for me. Their queso blanco are always warm when I get a delivery order and hot when I order take-out, which already surpasses other restaurants that I’ve been to. I wouldn’t say that Chipotle is specifically a very Mexican restaurant, but I like it anyways! Whenever I am outside, I always recommend my friends to go to Chipotle and it’s always a fulfilling trip!

  The food was good like always, but the service in my opinion was subpar, mainly the management. So apparently the person before my group order dine & dashed. So when I went up to pay they rung my order up, but they forgot to clear the person before me and they accidentally made me pay for the dine & dash order and my group order. The cashier went to go get the manager and he didn’t even bother trying to refund me for the order that wasn’t even mine. He said go eat first and at that point I was just so fed up that I just left. They were more worried about the orders being paid and not unpaid.

  I won a coupon for a free entree FROM THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE for nurses appreciation week and they wouldn’t honor it. I told them it wouldn’t work online and it says ON THE COUPON that it can be used in store, but they said it doesn’t matter. Happy nurses appreciation week (If anyone else can get it to work feel free)
