  Been a local in the area for 6 years and this is by far the best location by my house. Clean interior, friendly staff, and food is always out when I expect it to be.

  Went in to order in person, just order a bowl got to brown rice and black beans before the employee said we are out and just stared blankly at me....nothing more. Ok is their a wait, or you dont have the product at all? Nope just a blank stare, "can i wait for more?" The second employee then threw away the bowl of just rice and no more words were said....gonna avoid this location.

  Today, I went to Chipotle with my daughters, and we are all Deaf. One of the workers gave my daughter an attitude for no reason when my daughter tried to communicate with her by pointing through the glass to show her what she wanted. She kept giving her less rice, ignoring her, and trying to rush her. We let that slide. But at the end, when we were about to pay, we realized they hadn’t written down which order was veggie and which one was chicken. That same worker wrote down a number, but we were all confused because we didn’t know which number belonged to whose order so we asked for the manager. The manager handled the situation very well, and we appreciate that. However, that same woman kept laughing and scoffing at us, which made us even more frustrated. We asked for her full name, and the manager gave us her name. Since it was a male name, we decided to take pictures of her just in case. We don’t want to spread any misinformation. But yes, I want this woman to apologize to us. I also hope she learns to be more patient, respectful, and kind toward the next Deaf customer she serves. Deaf customers deserve the same respect and kindness as everyone else.

  The middle aged blonde hair girl working the shift right now. Is terrible. Her attitude towards customers is unbelievable. Put wrong food on wrong plates , very pushy when ordering multiple dishes which is overwhelming. Made mistakes refused to fix it and just put many sides on the side instead of opening the box to fix. Raised her eyebrows and called me stupid with her eyes and tone of voice. Didn't apologize for rudeness when I called her on it. Wasn't given a receipt, wasn't asked to put in my rewards number and my food was made to go without even asking if I was eating in. Which I was. Very wasteful of plastics. Staff training on behavior needs help!
