  I got the kids meal and it was amazing! The food tasted delicious and fresh. The real highlight of the experience was the customer service though. Anna was absolutely incredible! She made sure the line moved fast while also taking her time to explain to me what a kids meal was since I was confused. She was so patient, kind, and helpful! Will definitely be returning!

  Next time you’re out something it would be nice to know before hand before standing in line for 20 mins. I ended up walking after standing in line that long. I’ve tried to give this multiple chances but the service is ridiculously slow. Never again.

  They ALWAYS forget my drinks for delivery, this time i did pick up so that wouldnt happen, then they forgot to put steak or any meat at all in my steak bowl and i didnt notice until I got home. I was also ignored at the drive through for about 5 minutes, food took an extra 20 minutes past my pick up time, and no one seemed very friendly or happy to work there. Sad experience. Wont be going back for a very long time.

  I always love coming to Cava, but this is the first time I’ve actually been inside of one. It was quick and easy and everyone was so pleasant. I was also rang out by Raine, who was so nice and professional! As an HR professional for a retail establishment, who strives to get my employees to give the best customer, it was really nice to see employees who care.

  I’m really disappointed. I always order the Falafel Crunch Bowl because I’m vegetarian and usually enjoy it, but lately the portions have been getting smaller and smaller. My bowl looked half empty, and it was missing the roasted vegetables, corn, and fiery broccoli that I was expecting. This has happened to me several times now. I’ve been avoiding leaving a bad review because I genuinely like CAVA, but it’s frustrating to pay full price and receive an incomplete meal. I hope the quality and consistency improve 🙏
