  I visited cava this morning right after the store opened, and I was greeted by Jennifer with a bright smile. Her attitude and customer service skills stood out and made our interaction easy going and pleasant. Her eagerness and enthusiasm to interact really made an impact on me. Cava is lucky to have such a shining and helpful presence in their store, and the world ought to have more like her. Thanks Jennifer!

  Extremely disappointed with my recent DoorDash order. I ordered a Falafel Pita wrap and received one stuffed with grilled chicken instead. The only thing wrong was the protein, but that’s everything when it comes to dietary restrictions. I am vegetarian and this kind of mix-up is not just an inconvenience, it’s a serious failure to respect customers’ dietary needs. I only avoided consuming meat because I happened to check my wrap before taking a bite. Had I not, the consequences could have been significant for someone with stricter dietary or religious requirements. Cava prides itself on fresh, customizable bowls and wraps, but that means nothing if the kitchen can’t get the order right. Please train your staff to pay closer attention during prep, especially when it comes to protein selection. This is non-negotiable. I won’t be ordering again until I’m confident my dietary choices will actually be honored.

  I usually love coming to this location! However, today I got limited portion of rice and lettuce which I’d extremely abnormal for them. I paid $20 for a less than full bowl this time around and I don’t feel like I got my moneys worth unfortunately. It’s still delicious and the employees are great! I also recommend having more people with the line to make the rush go by faster. I’ve seen that on multiple occasions.

  Food: was great with a variety of nutritious options compared to its near peer competitors like chipotle. Cava is preferred. Service: Amber was the friendly, welcoming front-of-house associate that took my order. She displayed fantastic customer service skills. Special shout out to the back of house kitchen employees: not only did they look organized, they were in the know of items to replenish for seamless service

  I’m not sure what is going on with some of the employees at this location. I know one gentleman who has prepared the bowls normally when I have visited before. However, the two female employees working on 5/8/26 around 6:30 PM gave extremely small portions. I politely asked for a little more salad, and I was told I would be charged extra for it. I would completely understand if my bowl had already been full, but it was not even close. (The photo below is exactly how the bowl looked when I first opened it. It honestly looks half eaten, even though I had not touched it yet.) I have been to other locations, as well as this same location with different employees, and I have never received a bowl that was only half full or been told I would be charged extra for a small amount of additional salad. They were also very slow, forgot to include the pita, and did not provide a bag even though we had several items to carry out. The food itself is great, but the employees made the experience disappointing Edit: After eating the bowl, I unfortunately noticed that the rice was extremely crunchy and was actually hurting my teeth. It seemed like she used the hardened scraps from the bottom of the rice container even though there was a fresh batch right next to it. I originally was not going to mention this in my review, but it became difficult to eat. They should consider throwing out the last hardened portions, especially when fresh rice is available.
