We didnt get our drink, no biggie, but getting someones attention there to let them know is basically me leaning over the counter and hollering excuse me! the trash was over flowing and the ice machine is broken so i had to hooler again for ice. I was definitely on their nerves as there were no smiles and barely any speaking. Not my best experience

Then had to wait in the parking lot for about 10 mins for something I did not order like do you not look at what you are doing come on guys have some self pride 🙄 you're getting paid to do your job correctly and it's a pretty simple job..

I stopped in on my way to work and ordered 2 soft tacos and a 5 layer beefy burrito only two staff working well one staff working the other was sitting in the office feeding her face. When I finally Acknowledged the staff that was busy eating got an attitude like I had interrupted her dinner when I asked about my order. She walked over to the register and canceled my order and then proceeded to tell me I never ordered anything and then went back to feeding her face. I will never return to this location very poor customer service.
